Well upkeep and maintained room despite facilities are a bit dated.
Accessible location, in the centre of cafes and convenience stores. The best is the location is near to new year eve fireworks at Swan River. Just 10mins walk. Worth it!

Was a really nice room. We really enjoyed our stay here and was in walking distance of a number of cafes and restaurants. Perfect for our trip to watch Coldplay.

3rd stay here over last 6 or so months. I don't know, but it seems a bit less attractive to stay here now. The room is essentially minimalist but perfectly acceptable. Room was very noisy on level one next to an equipment room, but the rate I paid was good so I have no complaints on that.
The really big issue was the clearly misleading marketing in the lifts. It advertised a breakfast deal for $20, but when I rang to book breakfast the receptionist had to check with someone and recieved a short reply ”you have buy for every night of your stay”. ie 5 breakfasts.
The really great thing about this hotel is breakfast and more from 6am at the Dome, a west Australian cafe chain out the front two right turns, next corner.
Unsure if I'll return to this hotel. For me now it's in thumbs down territory, primarily for the deception where it matters muchly, the stomach ransomed to the pocket.

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Super good location and awesome stuffs. East t o get around as there is the Blue Cat Bus near the hotel. (Less than 1 mins walk). Walking distance to shopping area.
However, the towels were found dirty with stains (but they changed it promptly when I informed them).
In general, its a lovely stay. I just wished the give me a higher floor. Will be returning soon to this hotel!

Concierge got booking wrong and this is truly unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. As a result we have to wait for second seating and wasted time hanging out at bars around the restaurant when we want to have an early night rest.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan kos Biliknya luas, bersih dan kemas, dengan dua katil, satu besar dan satu kecil, sesuai untuk keluarga yang terdiri daripada tiga orang. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat baik. Belok kiri dan anda akan melihat Hay Pedestrian Street, di mana terdapat lululemon dan pasar raya besar, yang sesuai untuk membeli-belah dan membeli-belah. IIvan LeiFacilities of the hotel is excellent, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was well designed and good for photos. Cleanliness of the hotel is yet to be improved, there was a piece of chicken meat left in the sink until the water flushed it out, and some black molds sticked on the wall and floor in the bathroom. This was not expected for a six stars hotel. The view of Swan River is perfect at the rooms we stayed.

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

AAmy RulBoth me and my son enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Although its more like a 'clubbing' area, I feel it is still safe and I have a child with me. And its just two of us.
Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too.
Will definitely return again!

PPengguna TetamuReceptionist were very helpful and went above and beyond and understanding of my situation. I needed to check out late, they accommodated this and waived the check out fee. One of the receptionist even helped me push my luggage on the trolley to the taxi. Would definitely recommend! Was a great visit!

Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival.
Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days.
Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning.
Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.

The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund.
We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising.
It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service.
The breakfasts are average.
The rooms are tired
Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!!
I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.

SStanley YinLarge, comfortable and clean rooms with lots of amenities. Service was excellent. Relatively convenient, with Elizabeth Quay station being a short bus ride away. We loved our stay at this modern hotel.

AAnnieLove that the Lobby has microwave for your ready-to-eat meals. We checked in late and there weren’t much eateries open. We managed to settle our dinner with groceries from Woolworth. Also love that they have a luggage weighing scale to check your baggage weight. Location of the hotel works great for us as we were there jsut for a night from a late flight, before picking our car up from No Birds car rental which was located just 5-8mins walk away.
Hotel is dated but cleanliness makes the mark. Despite its age, it is clean. Door is heavy and can slam shut really quick. Hotel still uses retro turn-key door knob. No biggie though! Room lighting is really dull. Again, no biggie!

AAgnesCherI would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter.
I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!!
As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here.
The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious.
The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy.
Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.
