住了一晚，非常不錯。房間很乾凈，床鋪很舒適，讓人感覺很放鬆~酒店的位置也很好，出行非常便利。提供了免費停車場。自駕可以停在酒店後面，早餐品類豐富，市區不大好適合逛逛走走，老城區特色建築很多很有意思。酒店可以打車到打卡點很方便，門口就有電動車，可以晚上騎行去吹海風，自在舒服

設施：對標五星酒店的設施，連枕頭都分一個軟的一個硬的，洗漱用品一應俱全，完全就是豪華五星級酒店的標準。免費提供雨傘。淋浴間和衞生間做了乾濕隔離的兩個隔間，真的是相當用心！整個房間做了一個小套間形式，非常合理，空間很大。是這幾天訂的房間裏最最好的！ 衞生：一進門就感覺到非常整潔，打掃也很用心。是這兩天訂的房間裏做的最好的！ 環境：首先地理位置非常好！位於小公園，住這裏就是住進了百年騎樓裏。還提供免費停車服務，太給力了。沐豐裏公館的懷舊風格配上這百年騎樓老街的歷史，讓你一秒穿越回民國。從房間到公區每一處都可以打卡。是銀行金庫舊址，住進這裏還能有個好彩頭。 服務：從老闆到前台小姐姐小哥哥都非常熱心，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，滿滿的善意和貼心的問候。是這幾天行程裏最最好的！贈送的功夫茶就在沐豐裏茶館內，坐窗邊就可以打卡汕頭旅社。非常愜意。出門時有一些小雨，老闆讓我們帶着雨傘，驚喜的發現淋雨後雨傘還會有花朵，這些小巧思真是太令人感動啦！ 絕對的物超所值！強烈推薦沐豐裏公館！性價比超級高！這麼好的民宿都要宣傳出去！以後到汕頭必須住沐豐裏公館！下次來要多住幾天！非常滿意！！！

這裡是一個精裝房小區的房間，正常購房入住率也不很高，周圍除了海沒有別的任何東西可以玩。去汕頭市中心（比如石炮台公園）不堵車需要50分鐘左右。不是自駕不要住這裏，進出都很不方便。補充日常用品也不方便，樓下超市連鮮奶也買不到。最後一天碰上陰雨，下水道反味道很難聞。特別提一下，小卧室的床單不知道是什麼窸窸窣窣的碎渣，撣了半天才可以躺上去。

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

前廳態度很友好，自家酒店很容易找，就在萬象城的附近，步行五分鐘就能到龍眼南路吃的好多，這附近是丹霞西區的，美食也很多，家常牛肉館很好吃。聽説酒店是上個月開業的，還給我們升級了房型。確實是體貼。衞生做到非常精緻，無可挑剔，房間大小也適中，非常温馨。1m8的大床睡起來就是爽，床墊很柔軟，聽説是定製的，高度很好。下次入住還會選這一家

衞生：是體驗最好的一家店了，氛圍很好，讓人感覺很舒服😁 環境：環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊👍 設施：酒店設施很齊全，最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的點了吧 服務：工作人員非常專業，講解過程非常有耐心，還解答了不少問題

房間很大 衞生也很不錯 服務態度周到熱情  非常適合入住 周邊的配套設施也很完整，不管是出差還是旅行都是第一首選。下次還會來入住。體驗感特別好。

愛了前台店長，從入住到離店，全程有求必應，態度好，有問題都會努力解決，前台小姐姐還幫忙照顧孩子，保潔叔叔還幫我們拿行李箱，退房時剛好遇到保潔叔叔在打掃，他又幫我們把箱子拿到車上，房間風格也是我喜歡的，出片超高，下次來住帳篷房[吃瓜][吃瓜][吃瓜]
