Good environment and have a pleasant stay at QQ Hotels Damansara

Interesting place. The environment is well-controlled and safe. Nothing unusual happened. Close to the city and secure parking. Comfortable and healthy vacation. Many interesting and good things.

Room very big and bed also, not only 2 person stay, basically facilities all have,

Staff very friendly and soft spoken. I check in at 3 am, they service very very good. Can repeat again next time. Satisfied with view at morning from my room.

Great place to stay easy to find a parkinb lot and the lift and so on, and easy deal with a owner

The stay was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. As other reviewers have mentioned, the reviews here are fake. 1. Ants everywhere! 2. Dirty/stained bed. 3. Slow service. 4. Rude service. 5. Fridge not working (by design) 6. Not a real hotel Ants in the room! On the bed, in the bathroom... Everywhere. I complained and got another room. There were even more ants in that room! The bed sheets in both rooms were stained. When checking in service was slow. I was told I have to pay 10 MYR per hour of early check-in. After waiting for too long the "host" came and she said that she'd just woken up. After changing rooms during the day, another host came to my door after midnight, waking me up and demanding the key to the previous room. The fridges are piezoelectric fridges... They simply don't work, couldn't even cool down a small bottle of water over night. It's not even a real hotel. They own 3 floors of a decommissioned hotel and Airbnb it out. No reception, you have to WhatsApp a number on a flyer downstairs and hope someone replies. Overall a horrible experience, even for that price, go elsewhere!

The hotel is clean and nice. The customer service was excellent and responsive. Near to The Curve and Ikea and very convenient.

One of the most comfortable place to stay especially the bed, never have this kind of experience in other places.

This is not a hotel, but a short-term rental apartment unit with no on-site reception or proper hospitality services. Major Issues: Parking: No free parking. You’ll need to pay up to RM30+ daily if you exit and re-enter frequently. Parking area is dark, poorly ventilated, and smells unpleasant. Security Concerns: Serious red flag. Card access system is not properly set up—anyone can access any floor from the car park, which raises safety concerns. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travelers. Misleading Reviews: Many good reviews seem to be incentivized with parking subsidies. The actual experience is quite different. Overall Verdict: It might look okay online, but the experience is far from what’s advertised. If you value cleanliness, safety, and transparent service, this place is not for you. Cleanliness (2/5): While not filthy, the overall cleanliness could be improved. There’s no housekeeping service provided, even for longer stays, so you’re on your own once checked in. Location (3/5): Reasonably located, but not convenient enough to justify the other downsides. Service (2/5): No reception or real support. All communication is via messaging, and responses can be slow. Amenities (2/5): Very basic. Don’t expect hotel-level amenities. Wi-Fi and TV are there, but that’s about it.
