My family and I really enjoyed our staycation. Thank you to the hotel for the complimentary cake and simple room decoration for our 10th wedding anniversary. It made our celebration extra special. ❤️ Overall, the service was good, and we had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The menu was just okay, and I hope the hotel can offer more variety in the future. Thank you for making our anniversary stay a memorable one! 😊

Excellent location and walking distance to the malls. Surrounded with plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Location is good, walking distance to Ikea, IPC shopping mall and Kidzania. We foubd a black rubber band on the bed when we enter the room. The cupboard is not in good condition, and some stains dropped out to the floor from the basin. We requested for housekeeping and housekeeper come to clean the trash bin around 5pm.

Hotel quality still the best everything was clean and well maintain...not our 1st time...and will always return back.

My usual business travel hotel stays. Clean and comfy bed, only downside is the pillow provided old and smelly. Overall is a great location with many eateries and shopping surrounding.

Reception Mr Louman polite and check in smooth and good. Room clean and comfortable, good bef but the pillows are big and tall, hard to sleep.

Hotel located in very strategic place, surrounding by train station, shopping mall, shops and restaurants. However, the hotel a bit run down and requires upgrade on facilities and renovation on building.

Room was not as expected to be what is supposed to be, power for aircon was falling off, door know not fixed ,baby cockroache was seen crawling in the cupboard, cups were not clean, one word, disappointed

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only small issue was that the bottled water wasn’t refilled daily. Other than that, everything was fine.

My Chinese friends and their family came to Malaysia for a trip and found this place comfortable and convenient. I always book this hotel for my foreign friends, and they're always super satisfied! 👍

I've stayed here three times and have been very satisfied. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is excellent. From the lobby and breakfast (though I don't eat much there) to the security guards and housekeeping, everyone is incredibly kind. The value for money is also great. It's located in a local area with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. When I checked out, a lady at the front desk noticed my eye was bleeding and kindly shared her own experiences. Thank you all so much! 💕
