Ulasan Royale Chulan the Curve

Although the room not as big as Royal Chulan Damansara, but the hotel furnishings is better than Royal Chulan Damansara. Good location and located just beside shopping mall, opposite Ikea and eateries was surrounding the hotels. Definitely will come back on next business trip.

Our National Day stay was quite disappointing, primarily due to concerns about the cleanliness of our room. We suspect that the bedsheets were not changed upon check-in, as the pillow smelled of hair oil, and we discovered blood stain, a used contact lens and short hair strands on the bedsheet. Additionally, the bath towels seemed old. Given the nightly rate of over $400, we did not find the experience to be satisfactory 😖😖😖

Hotel location is very good to go Kidzania. Has shopping mall linked. Lots of nice eateries just outside also. Very convenient. Breakfast was average. Has at least egg station. And rooms were average too.

Hotel wasn't full, but I was made to wait almost till 3pm before they let me check in. Convenient if your meeting is nearby.

I love the location of the hotel since nearest to the curve, ikea , kidzania and mrt walkable.

Overall was a good stay. Hotel is cold, housekeeping was great. Staffs are not that a lot but very helpful! Breakfast menu is good and variety!

Booked a night stay since it’s very accessible to The Curve mall & IKEA etc. The family suite room has a musky smell & the toilet was choked. It’s a very old hotel which I think no upgrading was done before. The mattress is hard and pillows are too soft. Called someone to repair the choked toilet on the night that we checked in but seems there’s no difference after the repair 😬 breakfast is reasonable. OK for the price paid (room with breakfast) but comfort wise is a NO..

Second time stayed in Royale Chulan The Curve. This time, they arranged the room which is very high humidity and smelly. Looks like a very run down room to us, full of smell and water mark on the wall. The corridor is also humid and smelly. Unhappy experience.

The hotel is comfortable, and the location is convenient next to The Curve shopping mall. The breakfast was excellent, with many Malaysian dishes in addition to the English breakfast.

Checking in and out was smooth, I got an early check in thanks to reception. I consider myself as regular guest because this was my 12th time staying at this hotel. Only this time the lights in shower was not working, everything else was fine.

Stayed many times in this hotel due to location. Hotel is just opposite the IKEA and IPS malls. Many options for dining and shipping. Also just by MRT station. What hotel needs to improve is the breakfast to be more international choices, not just local choices. They said they plan renovated soon.
