Good experience, not to clean, just ok, Their front office not 24h, and we need to learn about check in and check out process

I book this hotel cause they have provide car park, but the staff told me car park have to paid, rm10 per entry, end up I just drive in for check in have to paid rm10 parking fee. Btw there is car park outside the building but always full. Second thing, the room has moldy smell,the ceiling has mold, the bathroom has ant, and the most important is, got no hot shower! What the....

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned – the bedsheets had blood stains, and both the blanket and pillow were stained as well. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. In addition, the walkway to the room felt eerie and unsafe. I truly hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and overall guest experience.

The location is fine, and you can find eateries nearby. However, you need to have a buffer of 30 minutes to almost an hour to get a response from the team. This trip, it took almost an hour to get a staff member to send a TV remote to my room! It is unbelievable!

More like apartment than hotel room, no cleaning and changing of towels, bottle drinks unless requested but it was value for money as the apartment was about 50 sq m.

You cant expect too much for the price so i guess everything is ok. Except for the lift which takes forever.

Everything was okay. Just please prepare floor mate for the toilet next time. And still we can see dust everywhere and.

It was nice actually . The staying is top notch. But the amenities they provided is not up to the mark. Hope they are taking serious on it from the next time.

Totally scam!! Booked and called for the password for the key but no one answered. WhatsApp but no response. Absolutely scam. Don't ever try to book this.

Grand hotel, location iim not sure, i muslim, hesitated to try the other 2 food at that area but kk mart and mynews is good enough n variety,, dint check out otther amenities, roomm was so comfyy and a view.

The basement is smelly, it smells like sewer. Out of 3 lifts only 1 working where I had to take the stairs down during dinner. The lobby on level 14 is smelly, as though the carpet has not been cleaned since forever. Ventilation very very bad. We took stairs again on check out day as lift was not working

Upon my arrival, I attempted multiple times to contact the property for check-in assistance, but received no response. As a result, I was unable to check in and had no choice but to secure alternative accommodation immediately, incurring additional unexpected costs. I have already attempted to request a refund but have not received any resolution.
