The room is decent for short term stay. Just needed somewhere to crash for a night so I wasn’t expecting any fancy room with the price paid. The hotel is located with a lot of eateries nearby. They provide water dispenser at each floor and thats a good ESG initiative. My only comment is the sound isolation of the room. I could literally hear people walking past and their conversations. Also to note the room deposit can only be paid with actual CASH and not even Touch n Go.

the only thing I would like to comment is the wifi service outside the room is terrible, even trying to connect near the wifi router would not make my phone connected. But anything else, other than the location far from MRT station, is good and I enjoyed it

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍

Nice hotel. Friendly staffs and very comfortable room. I have been a returning customer for few years now and i just love how the room is very convinient. Easy check in and check out. I was not asked for any deposits so far. The parking fee is RM4 per entry. Can make cashless payment. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varietes. They have a couple of vegetarian dish too. Definitely will return soon.

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

A good place to sleep, clean for sure but quite inconvenient due to poor location and landmarks to find this place. Check in is relatively convenient.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an appointment at Thomson hospital, Kota Damansara. This hotel's location is a short walking distance to the hospital and Kota Damansara MRT station. Close to eating and small shops too. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. I would only recommend this hotel for solo travelers or whoever that needs bare, minimum requirements for a short stay.
