Dapat bilik pertama macam bilik 80an..nampak usang betul..tingkat 11.check katil ada tompokan darah n rambut penuh bawah lapisan kain atas katil..😭😭 So..request tukar bilik..************* dapat..tapi stain on bed still visible..x tahu kenapa staff x cuci tilam tu betul2😌😌 Bayar mahal..tpi bilik?

The hotel is on the building's 4th and 5th floors, so don't be surprised when you walk in. Simply take the elevator to the 4th floor, where the hotel lobby is. The staff are friendly. They are happy to entertain you even if you call them on the phone. The room is simple but tidy. They also sell essentials to make your stay more pleasant. The room is peaceful, there is more than enough parking in front of the hotel.The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is definitely a wonderful catch if you just need to rest and sleep at a reasonable price:) 

Berpuas hati dengan bilik luas, tandas bersih, cadar sarung bantai semua bersih, dapat bilik hujung sekali dapat tengok pemandangan malam. Katil queen cukup untuk kami 2 dewasa 1 toddler

Bilik yang sangat selesa dan bersih dengan tilam lembut dan bantal. Sebenarnya saya menempah bilik Deluxe tetapi apabila tiba masa untuk mendaftar masuk, bilik itu belum siap dan pihak hotel telah menaik taraf bilik Junior Suite kepada saya. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat selesa tetapi kebersihan bilik mandi harus dipertingkatkan.

Saya menghadapi beberapa cabaran dengan kakitangan concierge di Dorsett Grand Subang, kerana mereka tidak membantu dan kasar. Walau bagaimanapun, selepas menangani isu dengan penerimaan tetamu, mereka segera menaik taraf kelima-lima bilik kami, yang meningkatkan pengalaman keseluruhan kami. Walaupun halangan awal, responsif dan komi**en hotel terhadap kepuasan tetamu adalah dipuji.
