Petersfield

The room was musty because the windows don't open and the bathroom fan is weak. There is not enough storage so we had to live out of two suitcases and as we were also playing golf it became crowded. The shower is weak. The main pluses are the bed comfort and black out curtains so we slept well.

Good staff member at reception Uzi. Very helpful and polite. Helped us in sorting our dinner and breakfast at beefeater next door. And helped us with our bags as. Location is good for local area. Secure car park. Corridors need cleaning though.

hotel was very nice for the money, staff very helpful, breakfast as standard. the only issue was the beefeater attached to the hotel, the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday, if your turning up late phone Beefeater for closing times, would advise to bring your on beverages to have in your room.

Checked in room 111 Room very clean n comfy. Was checked in by the Jay lovely warm guy. Very polite helpful. Every time I saw him he was happy & friendly. Couldn't be more helpful. Very attentive. Good parking. Beefeater was good. Will defo go back and highly recommend.

What a lovely welcoming Premier Inn. Jay on Reception could not do enough for us when we arrived making the check inn process a breeze. My mistake was corrected in that I did not realise I had booked the room for 1 instead of 2 for our visit to catch up with family. Wife was a bit worried but again Jay made sure this was corrected allying any worry I had having travelled 4 hours to get here. The room is great clean and practical and together with the welcoming staff whom are an asset to premier inn i would 100% recommend this Inn to anyone needing to visit the area.
