Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Daerah Petra

So charming and historical. The rooms were nice and large. I asked for a room with a view after seeing the room I was given. Nothing was wrong with it. I just wanted a room with a terrace and a view. They were so accommodating. At first they showed me a room that nearly double the size of the first room, but upon learning that I was a single traveler, they had another available room with a balcony and views with no additional charge. I would have paid the additional for larger room if nothing else was available, but this worked out beatifully. I was happy. I also got a massage and the masseuse was wonderful. The food at this resort was excellent. I must say it's was the best food I've had yet on this trip and we just spent 10 days in Egypt.

The hotel sit atop a hill overlooking the desert hills - a wonderful view, about a 10-min. drive from the Petra visitor center. All the staff we met, from the security guards, to the bellman, the front desk, the restaurant - were just SUPERB. All of them. The lobby is inviting and warm, the restaurant is spacious and with lots of sunshine. Dinner buffet had a very nice variety and decent quality, yet overpriced. Breakfast had a wonderful variety with good quality. The room was very clean, and looked like it was built last year - very well maintained. Although the building looks very new, overall, the hotel is overpriced a bit. Overall, an excellent choice for Petra.

فندق اكثر من رائع يخي تحس انه جاي من عالم ثاني تصميم على الطريقه الأسلاميه بنفس الوقت مطورين فيه مريح وتحس انك ببيتكم. للأمانه موظفين عندهم اخلاق ويحسسوك انهم يعرفونك من زمان وجداً متعاونين والأكل هناك ما قلك شي عجيب والله ما قد ذقت مثله في كل الأردن ولا حتى باقي المطاعم اللي رحتها خارج الأردن تحس له نكهه خاصه مادري هو بسبب الأجواء اللطيفه الي هناك بس ريحة البويه كانت تارسه المطعم مع كذه السفرجي عبدالله الرويضه بالمطعم ما قصر والله انا أشهد انه خلانه نطلع مبسوطين انصح الجميع ينزل فيه

Premetto che questo hotel in prossimità del Visitor Center attraverso cui si accede alla visita di Petra non è un buon hotel. I servizi considerata la zona presumo siano nella media se non leggermente superiori.. Ciò che non funziona e che ho trovato piuttosto fastidioso è la richiesta continua di recensire (bene si intende) l’albergo e i suoi servizi. Ognuno a suo modo, dai camerieri del ristorante a chi lavora in piscina (e ha fatto attendere 20 minuti per un asciugamano), ci ha forzato affinché esprimessimo una valutazione positiva: c’è addirittura chi, senza averci dato nemmeno il tempo di gustare ciò che avevamo ordinato ci ha fatto planare sulle tavolo il foglio accuratamente plastificato con il QR code per recensire bene e anche in fretta. Chi è sicuro della qualità del proprio servizio non ha bisogno di richiedere valutazioni positive, al contrario a chi sa di lavorare in una struttura discreta ma non certo ineccepibile dovrebbe essere vivamente impedito dagli head manager, di non richiedere ai clienti di parlare bene dei loro servizi. Per prima cosa occuparsi di offrire un sevizio il più passibile curato e premuroso, le buone recensioni arriveranno senza richiesta.
