3-Star Hotels in Phagwara

I checked in on 12 nova booked an executive room. Found so many loopholes in the housekeeping. Bathroom shower doesn't give hot water and i couldn't bath properly. The extension line of telephone in washroom keeps ringing even on picking up the phone. On my personal request, i was provided a hand towel. On informing the housekeeping, they admitted the same and felt sorry with the reply that team is working to fix the hot water issue. I did not get a good experience. Besides this, the meals prices are exorbitant. These should be kept at a reasonable price.
