Incredible place, clean, and beautiful. Outstanding service, staff very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the facilities and food.

I found the staff, regardless of age or gender, to be friendly and well-trained. The restaurant was spacious and had a wide variety of menu items, which was nice. However, I felt it would be better if there were rooms with air conditioning. I felt there was room for improvement in the in-room air conditioning and WiFi.

One staff impressed me with her excellent service: Ms Quyen (Reception) Her service is excellent. I was very pissed off by the Filipino band in this resort (note : I was based in Philippines for business for years and I knew a lot about nice Filipino bands) After attending the 1st session, I didn't attend for the subsequent nights there. Why ? This Filipino band vocal and playing skills were average, but their main problem was : THEY JUST LIKE TO SUCK UP TO THE WESTERNERS (AKA CAUCASIANS AKA WHITE PEOPLE). maybe they aspire to play in Europe or the US or Australia thinking by doing those suck up political things these white people will bring them there. Anyway I have seen enough very nice very friendly very skilful talented Filipino bands in Philippines to know this resort band sucks. Will I come again to this resort? Maybe yes (due to Ms Quyen excellent service) maybe not (due to this resort lousy only know how to suck up to white people Filipino band as well as those male beach and pool staff who also only know how to suck up to white people but were poor in their service, they were just vaping away no service no smile no hello no friendliness from them at all)

The service was amazing, close to beach and Red Sand Dunes. It was such an amazing stay!

Great place for family Good location near the fishing village and red sand dune. Easy 7 km cycle to fairy steam, good bikes provided by resort. Great breakfast buffet.

It's a very satisfied stay at here, all conditions and service was fantastic. Just one need improve a wifi system actually whole area of resort have a fast speed wifi will be perfect.

I loved the hotel, it's great. offers so many free activities (yoga, stem, sauna, walking tour, free bus rides to town), that i did and appreciated. Will come back & stay again in the future.

The location is very conveniently close to the red sand dune. The hotel has free trips to fishing village in the morning. Right on the beach with water activities. Too pity we didn't spend more time there.

Service mostly not too good except for Dai. Amenities were sufficient but the service made the experience a bad one.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

✨️ 위치 : 4/5 ✨️ 객실 : 5/5 ✨️ 청결 : 5/5 ✨️ 시설 : 5/5 ✨️ 가성비 : 5/5 ✨️ 서비스 : 5/5 ✨️ 재방문 : 5/5 ✨️ 종합 : 5/5 ■ 위치빼면 호캉스를 하기에 최적의 리조트가 아닐까 싶음. ■ 근데 위치가 크게 단점은 아님. 시끄러운 시내를 벗어나 진짜 유유자적하게 쉬고싶다면 여기가 딱일듯. ■ 주변에 먹을거 없다, 할거 없다하는데 워킹투어나 쿠킹클래스, 수영 등 내부 액티비티 즐길거 많음. ■ 리조트내에 워터폴라운지, 블루라군카페 등 좀 가성비는 떨어지지만 여기서 주문하면됨. ■ 다음에 또 재방문의사 있음. ☆두 가지 단점이 있는데, 위에 적은 것처럼 첫번째는 위치임. 근데 리조트에서 함티엔까지 셔틀을 운행하기 때문에 큰 문제는 없고, ☆ 두번째 단점은 의자끄는 소리때문에 밤에 잠을 못잤음. 묵어본사람은 알겠지만 의자끄는소리 개크게남. 의자바퀴에 뭔가 조치를 했으면 좋겠음. ☆여튼 한국인들 많이 오는 이유를 알겠음. p.s)한국어하는 직원도 있었음ㅋㅋㅋ
