Vị trí của villa quá tuyệt vời! Nằm n*** trung tâm thành phố. Mình dễ dàng khám phá mọi ngóc ngách của Phan thiết mà không cần đi lại nhiều. Chủ nhà lại cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, sẵn lòng tư vấn những địa điểm ăn uống, vui chơi hấp dẫn.

We had a short, but lovely stay at the hotel. The owner is such a helpful nice guy, speaks English very well and made sure that we had all the information we needed. He was very well organized, booked a bus for us to Ho Chi Minh, called us taxis (as there was no Grab available) and was always open for any questions we had. The rooms were extremely tidy and clean, which cannot be taken for granted in Vietnam. Would always choose it again.

The place is okay. But they didn’t give us bedsheets for the other bed in fact we ordered double bed room. However, the receptionist is nice. We could just smell the awful odor maybe it comes from a poultry nearby.

Do not stay at this hotel. Have stayed in many hotels across SE Asia so am used to things like musty smells and occasional cockroaches etc. First impressions of the hotel was not good. No front desk staff on site (at about 4pm). A security guard called the staff member who showed up 15 minutes later by motorcycle. Whilst waiting we looked around. Seating in waiting area full of mold. Pool was full of algae and broken tiles. None of the facilities (playground, benches, gardens) were present. The beachfront area was crumbling and had exposed wiring. This was a common theme around the grounds. The beach itself was disgusting. Covered in garbage. There were aggressive stray dogs wandering the property. We were booked to stay in a beachfront room. Upon entering the room we saw cockroaches scattering everywhere (about 20) and the room smelt extremely bad of mold. You could see where they had painted over the mold to hide it. The bedsheets were dirty and covered in fine debris like they had sanded the walls without drop sheets. We returned to the front desk via a dangerous walk along the pathway filled with holes and no lighting. The front desk were not helpful. Showed us another room which was the same. We said we wanted our money back to which they refused. They had zero facilities open. No restaurant, no spa, no gym which we pointed out. They said too bad. A manager would not come to speak to us until 10am the next morning but we refused to stay the night. Moved to another hotel but returned in the am to speak to the manager who didn’t appear from their office til 11am. Then had discussions that just went round and round for two hours. The manager would say one thing and then deny it. Left in the end as it was getting nowhere and called AMEX who sorted a charge back. The hotel does not have cheap prices and they should be ashamed of themselves for their business practices and the standard of the hotel.

We had a great stay has everything you need the room was very clean the whole hotel space was immaculate considering the price it’s always amazing and refreshing to see the price tag does not define the cleanliness of a hotel omg we paid 16.50 Aud a night and to be fair we did check in up the road paid 33 Aud and it was very unclean Great sea view but nothing like this hotel we booked back in here today because of the clean space and great cafe across the road Price doesn’t always label a hotel Pays to loom around 💜
