My family and I are very impressed with the service given by the staff at the resort. They are attentive and very nice even though we have language barrier, they make an effort to understand to our needs and attend to us almost immediate. The staff even give us suggestions of where and what we can do around Mui Ne.

Nice place at the beach, friendly staff and clean rooms! Breakfast was good and the restaurant to. The location is perfect if you want to hang on the beach or go for a walk, there are some sightseeing close by to. Overall for me personal it was a great time.

In fact , we had a good rest stayed in here during our weekend, my room 310. according to my point of view are, the resort facilities itself are still good in condition after almost 2 decades, particularly fabulous breakfast, yet i like the swimming pool here much ever, has warm crystal water sparkly keep you swimming, soak in water hours wiithout getting cold and twinkly plus pool bar are superb. Unfortunately, i observed the soft part here means human who are service staff across departments does not meet 5* standards such as : 1/ at reception their welcome guest procedures was not satisfied, the receptionist lady spoke speedy caused i could not catch her message at all, spa staff said to me there is not spa menu in the room i think that is poor equiped for 5*. 2/ at evening time, i had some beer at te restaurant located underneath the reception area, the lady service staff told me that my bill at 77,000vnd was unable to close because i did not depsosit 6,600,000vnd at check-in time. I got so mad with this kind of manner and treated their guest in house. cause then i insisted to meet Victor and Ms. Bích for my complaint. Victor seem very hospitable and sincere in apologies and listening to my complaint. 3/ the service staff at the pool bar need to be trained more and more in service attention, i wanna to have some drinks but nobody saw my hands and handphone flashlight have being waved continuously. 4/ i love most resort saturday buffet by the pool and beach area, all food are so delicious and thanks Victor for 1 round of drinks on you and courteous welcome by a lady who i guessed she is an outlet head, i missed asking her name, pity for that. 5/ I see the resort merely lack of man-power in front of the house, cause poor service attention, example my table was not clear-out in time, left used tableware for long until i must waved hands even in breakfast time happend the same. 6/ Majority service satff here are not hospitable and really lack of smiles on their face, they just do their jobs hardly like a robot without feeling of their guest around. Anyway, overall i had good stay here beyond above dislike points ruined and destroyed all my mood and your guys effort. I grateful for your team efforts during my stay. This is the first hotel we chose when we were in Vietnam. The beautiful landscape and the facilities were new and nice. Room was well decorated, breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western cuisine, we love tea and coffee. The service was super good, special shout out to Thuy from front desk, her service made us felt like home. Every single detail was well arranged for us. Thank you Thuy. We surely will come back here again!

Это зелёный оазис в Муйне. Очень много персонала, особенно садовников и у каждого своя роль! Гости отеля в адеквате. Никакого ”Тагила” здесь нет. На субботу и воскресенье как и в целом по Вьетнаму загруженность выше, чем в будни, может быть плотненько, но шезлонги на море всегда свободны. Заняты были на 30-40 % возле моря в июне 2024. Сюда едут за релаксом и комфортом! Только море с волнами для кайт сёрферов. Но мы с ребёнком были в основном в бассейне, так как ей бассейн в радость. Жили в номере в корпусе нова на 4м этаже. (Заранее просила отель об этом, все предоставили как надо). Отлично тихо и слышно шум моря. Все насекомые внизу! Были 5 ночей. Очень рады и вернёмся еще когда нибудь! В отеле брали только завтраки, на обед всегда ели фрукты, а на ужин вдоль по улице много ресторанов. Предупреждаю: в Муйне повсюду летают какие-то мошки, с первого дня купите местные спреи и используйте. Я думаю это характерно для этого района, потому что в Нячанге например их не было вообще.

Vị trí quá xa điểm du lịch chính và xung quanh không có hoạt động gì. Vệ sinh trong phòng ổn, tuy nhiên khăn tắm còn nhiều vết bẩn và toilet xả nước rất kém, hồ bơi rất dơ. Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, nhân viên hồ bơi thân thiện, tuy nhiên nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng giờ ăn trưa và giờ ăn tối kém thân thiện. Không tư vấn món ăn cho khách. Đồ ăn sáng tốt, tuy nhiên đồ ăn trưa và tối ở chất lượng kém, đặc biệt nếu bạn đặt phòng ăn 3 buổi. Đồ ăn việt nam thì không nổi bật và mặn quá, menu đồ ăn tây thì món chính nhỏ bé đến kì lạ. Điểm cộng chính là biển sạch. Và không gian chung rất tốt và đẹp, tuy nhiên đồ đạc trong phòng nhiều thứ đã xuống cấp nhưng không được bảo trì bảo dưỡng tốt. Không có túi cho khách đi biển. Điểm trừ lớn nhất đó chính là KHÔNG CÓ BÀN LÀM VIỆC, kể cả trong phòng hay là ngoài tiền sảnh hay bất kì một không gian nào khác. Không thể ngồi làm việc trong phòng vì không có bàn cao, nhân viên kêu ngồi làm việc trong nhà hàng khi mọi người đang ăn uống và đùa giỡn, nói chung giá rẻ ở thì ok chứ bán giá cao thì không nên đến!

Сейчас в отеле, номера, питание, территория достойного европейского уровня. Апгрейд номеров через дорогу на стандарт у моря 400 000донгов, на бунгало 1000 000донгов в день. Отель в меру заполнен. Цены на все в отеле сильно выше чем на улице. Территория вся в зелени, из живности замечены ящерицы, белки, большие тараканы, одна крыса, но никто не напрягает. Завтраки достойные, питание на улице дешевле и лучше. Дают бесплатные велосипеды, ржавое ломье, один не доехал до выхода, на втором спадала цепь каждый км, чуть докатили назад, руки по локоть в смазке, но при упорство можно доскрипеть километров 10-15 на свой страх и риск, со второй попытки доехали до рыбацкой деревни. В море купаться комфортно до обеда, потом прилив и сильные волны, есть волнорез вдоль берега, пару раз ужалили медузы (их немного но здоровенные) до волдырей, вроде само проходит. Дожди есть только в прогнозах. Из цен на улице: дуриан 100 000донгов за кг, фреши 15 000, кокос 20 000, суп фо 50 000, ужин примерно 300 000, качественный ром 160-200 000, пиво 13 000, такси в хошимин 75 долларов. Туристов мало, ресторанчики все пустые. Итог: тель хороший, удачно расположен, для спокойного нетусовочного отдыха, могу рекомендовать к заказу

This small boutique resort surpassed our expectations with excellent service, food and comfort. The pool, which overlooked the beautiful bay, was inviting, clean and well cared for. Our room was spacious and very clean, included all the amenities we needed. On arrival we were greeted by beautiful, smiling staff who did very well conversing in English. They looked after us very well for the 5 days we stayed. Massages were great and inexpensive, the food was delicious and the service was lovely. This place should be commended for the pleasant and enthusiastic staff. The one (big) downside was that the beach was unavailable for use. The severe damage and erosion from recent storms meant they had to install those unsightly massive sandbags to reconstruct the beach. The reconstruction was very loud and distracting on and off for a few days, however the staff were very apologetic and the work needs to be done fast, so it was out of their hands. I feel that we should have been forewarned and given the option to move to a different resort. It DID NOT change the great, relaxing time we had at the resort though.

What let me to this hotel was its pool. Never trusting the images, I asked. It was said 22 meters, but in fact 18.4 meters, more than adequate for exercising. I swam 72 laps every morning. The room was overlooking the infinity pool and both were facing the sea. We were a family of 3, 77, 56 and 10 years of age. Room had 2 beds. Perfect. And the bathroom was very interesting in itself with a skylight ceiling. And the best selection of soaps and creams in any hotels I have visited, and that is many. Breakfast a la carte, very good, very good helpings and very tasty. More than adequate. The cleaning-, kitchen- and pool staff did an excellent job. The receptionist could communicate better and lacked sufficient English skills. We stayed for 4 nights and was very happy wit the stay. But the Internet was very unstable with upload speeds from 0.000 bits to 9MBits. But I managed. See pictures for more Internet details.
