Hotel 4 bintang Phan Thiet Mui Ne

The stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean with excellent amenities.The hotel staffs were attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent free breakfast and afternoon tea were included. Access to the beach and pool was a short walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bamboo Village Resort. The whole experience was relaxing and rewarding. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. The location was quiet and beautiful. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious and features an L-shaped balcony, only the toilet is quite narrow. There is a reasonable surcharge amount per night for accompanying pets. While the location is quite far from the city center which is not convenient for dining out, the resort’s restaurant offers good food at affordable prices.

Amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay here again if i have a chance to visit Mui Ne Phan Thiet again. But the only thing that im not satisfied is their aircond cos it didnt work well but luckly their staff are very fast to fix the problem. So overall is okay.

This place was amazing. The view from the room was amazing. The amenities is enough to keep you entertained. A little bit far from everything but if you are ok with renting a bike/car it’s perfect.

Mainly because I went to VKS to learn kitesurfing, I booked this hotel. It is a resort hotel with a large interior and good green plants. It is also located in a seaside room with a balcony and bathtub. You can directly see the sea from the balcony. , seems to have two swimming pools, breakfast is good, when there are few people, it is a la carte, when there are many people, it is self-service, there will be a lot of bugs, the male front desk service attitude is very good, there are people to help when checking in I had to carry my luggage, but one of the girls at the front desk didn't speak English well and it was quite difficult to communicate. I called the front desk to extend my stay. She didn't understand my English and hung up on me. I was a little speechless. Everything else was good. , will go again

we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us. The staff is attentive, nice and helpful. There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well. There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders. It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.

Rooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside. The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp. Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town. Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

Strange experience, respiratory, it is visible, in fact you have a guy bringing the key and he takes it then. We had a stop for a couple of days. WiFi in the room was not, the router was lying off the password from the common WiFi, which was in the room constantly disconnected. The manager is always ready to help, but if he has a benefit, we rented a bike through him. After asked how to leave in Nyachang, he offered us to order a taxi to the bus station for 300k (taxi Maxim 210k to MuiNe) in fact the bus stopped right near the hotel, the only one to sit in it needs the help of the Vietnamese, Since on the site it was not possible to indicate this stop, but by phone it is booked free, unfortunately we learned when we passed by the hotel, I will drop the manager photo, he said yes we have a bus stop, it is not a claim but a advice as + to service, to help the passengers leave you. Distance to MuiNe 15 km. The complex is far from the city in the local dunes. A separate theme for breakfast, in the morning, on the choice of a dish with rice, which in any cafe 35k the maximum cost, they have it 80-100k and the full cost is included in the rent. On the territory all shops are more expensive, there is nothing even for expensive. For example, now in the niachanga hotel, almost twice as cheap as the hav track is fed for slaughter.
