Ulasan Emerald Ho Tram Resort

It's a good place for weekend relaxing. Out of the city, quite beach, the location is easy to access from local limousine express from HCMC to Ba Ria Vung Tau. The breakfast is normal, same same to other resort, nothing special. I ordered spaghetti for lunch and it was too salty. Overall, worth for money.

A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience.

Vị trí khá ok, cách ngã tư hồ tràm tầm 3-4km. Dịch vụ ok, các bạn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Mua nước đá dưới nhà hàng cũng được luôn. Phòng ok. View biển có chỗ ngồi ngoài ban công khá đã. Các dịch vụ nội khu thú vị: chèo kayak, đạp xe đạp, bắn cung Bãi biễn nội bộ đẹp

這趟旅遊又是難忘的一次。距離住家僅有半小時左右路程的渡假村，心想可帶老婆去度假住一晚，就安排住了這家新開渡假村。因為地段關係屬於新開發，環境上可能還需要再多改善就是蟲類很多，我知道這是附近草叢引起，但希望飯店可以想僅辦法克服。越南旅客可不會在意這麼多。但外國遊客就不一定了。入住時覺得服務還不錯，有一點菜菜的也是正常，房門外有一些蟲也沒關係，不要進房間就好。飯店很新，房間設計不錯，海景房算還可以，一切都很chill，飯店裡的設施雖然不多但也足夠遊客娛樂一天。早餐選擇不多，但不會到不好。重點就在退房時發生的一切，徹底地壓垮我想要回來住的意願。因前一天下午茶及晚餐都在飯店內使用，退房時需要結帳。身上雖然足夠現金支付，但心想越南仍是現金支付國家所以想留一點現金在身上，於是選擇了刷卡。第一張信用卡刷不過因為這個月額度超過，第二張卡是現金卡刷了成功，手機的line也收到扣款訊息，業者居然說扣款未成功，頓時傻了眼。請飯店人員處理一會兒後告知因剛好中午無法跟銀行聯繫確認是否扣款成功（當時台灣端已經扣款成功）。 兩種選擇 第一填寫委託書，留卡片資料，若扣款失敗將自行幫我刷卡 第二要等一個小時銀行上線後才能確認是否扣款成功 後來飯店人員也覺得不好意思把客人留住無法繼續下個行程，我也不放心就這樣離開，喬來喬去，最後還是等待銀行上班確認已經扣款成功才離開。 說這麼多，其實也不想全怪飯店，因為可能遇到此事經驗不多，當時飯店人員也盡心處理我感受到他誠意，但有些細節上希望可以再改進，避免喪失客人回購意願。假如一開始處理好一點，就算等待我們也開心地等，或許還會下次回住。 其實飯店整體服務還算不錯，但因為附近還有很多其他渡假村競爭，再加上遇到這種事，就算不會發生這種事，下次可能還是會選擇其他間體檢不一樣感覺吧。 住本飯店越來越好，也希望其他遊客再給他們機會。
