Horrible room, should’ve listened to the reviews. Room is falling apart, ceiling leaking, bleach stains on the wood, balcony door don’t close all the way allowing small gap for animals. The washroom is molded up and sink has stains and toilet is broken when u flush water comes out. Sheets had stains. The place is a junk yard cover with some mesh all around the villa. Not meant for older people. Older ppl couldn’t get up there o the hotel or go down and up to the room once at the villa. Everything has patches of look so unprofessionally done. Paid a lot for something not worth quarter the price and we stayed at over 7 places in Thailand. This was the worst by far. The owner is rude when we were checking out. and their breakfast is horrible paid for 2 days and couldn’t even sit and eat because it didn’t look appealing at all. I recommend you to rent something little closer to the shops and pier. Not on a hill. Btw the walk up the hill to this cobble beach resort is filthy, garbage everywhere and smells horrible. Felt like it was the most ghetto place we ever been in the world. Don’t waste ur money, trust me and other reviewers. Don’t be fooled by the view in pictures.

Our stay at The Cobble Beach Hote lin Koh Phi Phi was a mix of highs and lows. Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the hotel, which involved a lot of walking and numerous stairs to reach the main lobby. The receptionist mentioned that hotel staff could have assisted at the pier, but amidst the crowd of people from various hotels and vendors, we didn't spot anyone from the hotel. Room Quality: We were assigned a different room than booked, which included an extra bed we didn't need. The room was uncomfortably hot upon entry, and the air conditioning was ineffective throughout our stay. The bed quality was disappointing, featuring cheap materials and plastic bedding—uncomfortable in the heat. Additionally, the bathroom door was around 180 cm tall, leading to a few bumped heads. There were no wardrobes or storage units for clothes, making longer stays inconvenient, and drying clothes was quite difficult. Noise Levels: The biggest issue was the noise at night. Loud music from nearby beach clubs blared until 3 am every day, with noise levels averaging 45 decibels and peaking around 65 decibels. We could also hear everything from neighboring rooms, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Dining Experience: On the positive side, the included breakfast was one of the best we've had. The open buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and an espresso machine—a pleasant surprise. However, the dining area wasn't particularly clean, especially the windows and sliding doors. The kitchen staff seemed unhelpful at times; we noticed guests asking for teaspoons or yogurt being ignored. Facilities & Location: The hotel boasts stunning views over the island, and the infinity pool is fantastic for photos and relaxation. However, reaching the dining area involves climbing many stairs, which might be challenging for some guests. The hotel's location was less than ideal. The surrounding area is undeveloped, with rubbish near the footpaths and a few dark alleys that felt unsafe, especially for my girlfriend when alone. Overall: While the hotel has some excellent features like the breakfast and the views, the negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives for us. Improvements in room comfort, noise insulation, and staff responsiveness would significantly enhance the guest experience. Quite literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Dirty, noisy and rooms were awful. In our bathroom were dirty used plasters, animal faeces and stained bed and bed sheets. We did not sleep for 5 days we had to purchase ear plugs and sleep with our earphones in. The loudest thumping you could ever hear from 5pm-5am from the beach. The room was basically a shed and your practically head to head with the neighbours the walls are like paper. The breakfast food was cold and options were limited. The pool was the only good thing about the hotel. The hotel is so high and you have to walk a lot to steps in and around to even be able to get there. The streets smell so bad of poo and the streets infront of the hotel are covered in bin bags and discarded rubbish. We were heartbroken to spend time at this place and feel so exhausted after 5 days of no sleep. Can you imagine dirty plasters in your shower?! 🤢 the water turned off regularly and hot water was limited. Awful hotel. AVOID AVOID AVOID. £100 a night for this. Shocking. Holiday ruined.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best

Great staff and clean

The woman that ran the place was amazing, the room was nice, felt like a treehouse. But phi phi island is horrible and the walk to the hotel is full of burning trash - go to a different island.

Considering that it is an island and the logistics expenses increase, the hotel did this jobs. Of course you have to walk to see this paradise. I dont recommend for people who go with kids it`s a little far from the pier (15 minutes on foot) , despite there is a guy who help with your luggage is quite tire but for the hotel price, I think is really good. You can hear the voices The breakfast is all you can eat and the staff personnel was very kind.

The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen.

This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. When I got there, they put me in a smaller room without explaining why. After I complained to Trip.com, they moved me to the correct room the next day. The air conditioning and water in my room didn't work well. Sometimes, the shower barely had any water coming out. The area around the hotel is full of mosquitos, so you always need bug spray. The hotel is on a steep hill, making it tiring to get to your room. Also, loud music from nearby bars keeps playing until 4 am, which is really annoying if you're a light sleeper. Every room has these problems. If you don't have other options for a place to stay, I'd suggest cancelling your trip. This hotel shouldn't be listed on trip.com, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Avoid, steps and hills from Hell. Jesus the music coming from the beach bars don't try sleeping until 3am. Hostel rooms, perfect for 18/30 £10 per night budget 👌. Booked two nights left after first night! -2 ☆☆.

We were greeted by very warm friendly service & even had a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Room was comfortable and the view of bay from our window was awesome. Free breakfast was delicious and the pool overlooking the bay was amazing!
