Phi Phi Sand Sea View Resort

The hotel is in a nice location, a little bit further away from the main town but nice and quiet with its own section of beach. The huts themselves are nice and have easy access to the sea if you want to swim in there. Sadly our stay wasn’t great, everything in the hut felt sticky and not that clean to the point that we didn’t really want to walk around without footwear. The duvet didn’t have a cover on it which wasn’t great. You can hear everything from the huts around you and we had a loud neighbour that would be talking loudly in the middle of the night and just to top it off we had to get multiple cockroaches removed from our room which really wasn’t what we were expecting from somewhere which was quite expensive for Thailand standards. I can’t say I would stay again or I would recommend this accommodation.

This was a really cute bungalow on the beach, which added to our experience of staying on Phi Phi. However, the bed was rock hard and the air con kept switching itself off in the night so we kept waking up sweating! The light from it was also really bright so I had to wear an eye mask to sleep. You can also hear the whole island from your hut, and a lot of the Thai residents were working at night nearby, so it was very noisy and required ear plugs! There were lots of little bugs in the woodwork mainly, the shower wasn’t great and got the bathroom very wet. Also, any trips or taxi boats were quite expensive from the woman at reception, we managed to get a 4hr private long tail for 2300baht total. A lot of these things were to be expected, and isn’t too much of a complaint against the resort itself, but something for you to bear in mind when choosing to stay here.

This hotel was the worst choice of my 30-day trip to Thailand. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely filthy-mold, cockroaches, and worms. The room had no maintenance whatsoever. On top of that, I got my first case of food poisoning here after 20 days of traveling, and I'm pretty sure the room had something to do with it. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, pick another hotel-it doesn't matter which one, just not this one Este hotel ha sido la peor elección de mi viaje de 30 días a Tailandia. Habitacion sucia y baño MUY SUCIO. Moho, cucarachas y gusanos. Habitacion sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Además, aquí he sufrido mi primera intoxicación tras 20 días de viaje, seguramente la habitación habrá tenido algo que ver. Si no quieres arruinar tus vacaciones, elige otro hotel, da igual cual sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to relax and focus on my work. The location was convenient, close to local attractions Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

We booked the last free room, it was in last row. Room is humble but clean and has air conditioner inside. It’s okay for 1-2 nights.

It was a bit far from the town. Bungalow was pretty old. But it was good cheap option for us.
