Good and the best staff. The transfer was met at the pier, they helped with carrying suitcases, checked in upon arrival. Will prompt and help in any situation. Breakfasts - take them, they are delicious. I recommend pasta, pancakes with bananas! We bought Tom Yam for lunch - very tasty. The location is the best on the island! Monitor lizards and many cats live on the territory of the hotel) We lived in the House and in a room in a modern Thai style - we liked it more.

The snow-white beach at the entrance of the hotel is very beautiful. It is very beautiful to take photos. The breakfast is also rich, but the location is not in the central area. The hotel has a shuttle boat on time. You need to plan to make an appointment in advance. You can also take the mountain road to the central area for shopping and eat. Personally, I think it is inconvenient. The room is quiet and has a terrace. The room service is good, and the front desk staff is not very friendly.

When I arrived at Phi Phi, the weather condition was horrible so I couldn’t take a boat to the hotel. Had to trek about 55 minutes in the rain to get to the hotel. The staff was quite helpful as they carried my luggage for me. Overall, clean and tidy with a decent breakfast. Better check the weather forecast before going just in case.

The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment

Everything was perfect during our stay! Once back to Phi Phi I will definitely be there!

The place is decent. Great for families. Everything closes early and there not much to do

Long Beach is wonderful, really amazing. The hotel is quite simple and need some renovation. It is worth to try the sea view room. Check out time is earlier than usual at 11am.

I’m staying in this hotel not first time. Last time was here around 7 years ago and I still think it’s the best hotel at Long Beach 🏝️ Perfect 😍 location! Stuff is friendly and helpful, smiling ☺️ very nice. Food is good, I prefer Thai food and it’s great at the restaurant 🥰 Ah, massage 💆♀️ was just amazing! Great stay! Thank you ❤️ I’ll definitely will come again and will recommend this hotel to my friends 🩵

Stunning location - no matter the ageing hotel - it’s a nice daytime walk, or a fast longboat and, if you like snorkeling, seriously, it was better than the boat tour, and very close to shore (near the rock wall).

The location is the best! It's in Long Beach, the best beach on that coast! If you go by walking, don't give up, it is about 2~2.5 km from the harbor and is a tricky road, but it's worth it! You can get a boat from the harbor if you want, I don't remember the fee, but it was cheap. The staff is very kind, and the place is peaceful (except for the boats, but they are everywhere :)

Мы жили в бунгало на третьей линии, 100 метров и пляж. Ремонт не новый, но чистенько и приятно. Небольшая терраса с столом и креслами, так романтично. Завтрак хороший, выбор есть. Заселили раньше времени, что очень приятно. Персонал вежливый. Пляж шикарный с чистой бирюзовой водой. В центральную часть острова , где кафе и торговые палатки ходили по тропе, минут 15-20. Можно на лодке.

Отличный пляж, отель неплохой. Не понравилось отношение персонала. Особенно девушки, которая занималась уборкой номера. Смотрит на тебя, будто я ей что-то должна. Во время их уборки номеров начала кричать за дверью про уборку номера, я вышла за дверь и тихо сообщила о том, что в номере спит мой ребенок, получила в ответ презрительный взгляд. И не понравилось отношение женщины, стоящей за стойкой в зоне ресторана , где организован завтрак. Наблюдала за нам весь завтрак, осталось только в рот заглянуть.
