As for me, that place is a little bit overpriced for provided facilities. But the location is perfect and the room is clean.

Loved it! Really nice and helpful personnel, everything was clean and neat. Please note it is not a hostel but an actual hotel where you enjoy the room to yourself! 🌺🌺🌺

This place is ideal for my quick stay! The owner Juni is so friendly and helpful! She made sure I was well looked after - provided useful information + recommendations and even helped with booking a boat tour for at a cheaper rate. Also the location is pretty much in the center of the island and really short walking distance to a lot of shops.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zum Pier und generell ist man mittednrin. Das Hotel kann man für paar Nächte Buchen, ist für den Preis in Ordnung aber für längeren Aufenthalt ist definitiv ein anderes Hotel die bessere Wahl da dieses Hotel weder ein Pool besitzt, noch ein Frühstücksbuffet für diejenigen die das möchten. Aber wie gesagt für den Preis voll in Ordnung.

El alojamiento necesita una reforma urgente. Por un lado esta bien ubicado a 2 minutos del ferry y a 3 minutos del ambiente de la isla pero sin que te moleste el ruido de la fiesta. El recepcionisla y la mujer que esta con el muy amable y simpatico. Hasta ahi lo bueno. La habitación necesita reforma urgente, humedades por todas las paredes, las toallas limpias pero viejas, la habitación huele a humedad y pata mi lo mas importante, la cama y la almohada incomodisima, no merece nada la pena, el colchon se hunde y tocas los muelles, no pude dormir en toda la noche y al día siguiente igual. Por otro lado en el baño hay una bomba de agua que se escucha toda la noche y es bastante molesta. En fin el dueño deberia de reformar e invertir un poco por lo .enos en colchones y almohadas seguro que aunque siempre se le llene porque la isla siempre tiene gente podria sacarle mas beneficio.

Stayed there for a night and for Phi Phi Island, it was everything we needed. We had a comfortable bed a nice place to shower and most importantly, the location is in the middle of everything you want to be near on the island. Not to mention the staff!! The receptionist was super kind and was VERY helpful when we were deciding what we wanted to do around the island and showed us great recommendations for food, drinks and places to go visit. All around 10/10 experience and would stay here again!

Great location, a quick walk to the pier, Loh Dalum Beach, many restaurants, bars and dive shops. In the hustle and bustle, but the street itself is quiet at night so easy to sleep. Very clean, floors were spotless. Stored our bags for us before we checked in and after. Hot shower. Would stay here again.

Hotel in its entirety was clean and pleasant. Comfortable accommodations in a desirable location without outside noise irruption. The staff and service were 10/10, and I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Stayed at Ivory Hotel for 5 nights. Lovely host, she gave us tips for the best beach and stuff to do, and it feels like she really want you to have a great vacation. Clean rooms. Rooms are not so big, but it sure does the job. AC works fine. Central location, but not next to the party beach, so quiet at night. Only woke up one night because people were a little loud on the hallway when they came home. The hotel feels safe and the main door is locked at night. We will be happy to stay here next time.

we stayed in the ivory for 3 nights, rooms were clean, aircon was great. the best part was junie in the reception, she made us feel very welcome and told us everything we need to know about phi phi. she made our trip much easier. she was amazing! we love you junie

Management was so lovely & helpful! Room was just what we expected & clean:) would definitely recommend

It was the only hotel where I could check in at 11pm (all the others have already closed). Very nice room, comfortable bed and also very helpful staff. They also gave me some insider tips on what to see on the island.

Great central location for a 3- day stay. Room was clean with a queen bed and a/c. Helpful staff with bookings for tours and transfers.
