Fantastic view. Everything just like in the photos.

I booked a room at this hotel for my brother. He loved it! The view from the balcony is amazing! It's not a long walk from the pier. The hotel is also located halfway to the observation deck. The room was clean, the breakfasts were delicious. I definitely recommend it!

Everything perfect. The view is amazing, the crew super helpful and the room is great. It has some stairs to get there but it worth it for the view of the room. Location is also great, close to everything, we loved it

Let’s start for the good … the hotel view is astonishing, just few minutes from the phiphi view point so if you are a sunset lover this is the pace . Now… the down sides , the appliances in the hotel aren’t in the best shape, this place needs renovation, we had to change our room at least the could solve that , the stairs to arrive to the hotel are really up , so I think this is not a hotel for families with babies or elders , those stairs might be really hard

Please do NOT book this room. We arrived were horrified by the 140 steps up to our rooms in the heat on the steepest hill on the island. The stairs alone were enough for us to try booking somewhere else, but the cleanliness of the room is what broke us. The door to our room was slanted and allowed all of the bugs in. The sheets were dirty, parts of them were black, other parts stained red/brown, I had to request clean sheets and when they provided them they also had stains and were covered in a black dust. There were also an immense amount of cats on the property. This is typically fine, and even expected at most places on Phi Phi, but the concern came from seeing traps set up to catch the cats—raccoon traps that had bowls of cat food in them as bait. The island was beautiful and the view from outside of the room was also pretty, but not worth the dreadful walk up or the dirtiness of the room.

The location is nice with the great view from the reception, at least. We got a room with no view, though. They provide service when they can deliver baggage from the pier to the reception of the hotel (see the attached picture). You have to be prepared to climb stairs. There were around 150 stairs to our room. However, the view is worth it. Overall, the room is pretty big with all the necessary things. They also delivered our suitcases to the pier on the checkout date. Good place for the good price! We had a moonshine and asked for the room with a good view, however, they didn't provide us that type of room.

Nico hotel. A bit far away and many steps.

This place is great , nice view of the island , though a bit of a walk thru the stairs but its all worth it

There are not many facilities. Provide views and rooms according to budget. The standard room is only for those who have just come to sleep.Can't enjoy staying for a day it's like cave no much Air circulation

The room was comfortable, accommodating a family of three, including a 3-year-old child. It was large, offering a picturesque view on one side and a sufficient bathroom. However, the overall appearance of the place seemed somewhat neglected, and the 85 steps (I counted) leading up to the registration desk might deter many potential guests. Despite this, they did offer a complimentary service for luggage transportation from the port to the room, along with a pre-arranged service from the hotel to the port. Our stay was smooth, and we didn't cause any inconvenience to the hotel, opting not to request room cleaning. However, the hotel failed to provide toothbrushes or bathroom slippers. The breakfast set they provided was quite small.

The hotel was decent, just the wall is too thin and I heard people talked all the time.

The view is great by the restaurant but you see nothing by the room window and climbing up the stairs to hotel can be boring after a while Room is big and useful enough
