Hotel di Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

This was an amazing hotel and my friend and I really truly loved the experience! It was so clean, smelt amazing and the facilities were incredible. The pool is gorgeous, the restaurant served amazing delicious food that could be sent as room service and the massage parlour nearby was just as wonderful. It's definitely worth a stay and is walking distance to the pier, a fantastic dive shop Island Divers right in front and was easy to get to and from! Big love for this hotel and will definitely come back!

Very friendly reception staff. Quirky room but a bit too dark.Fab as immediate access to the pool from the room Housekeeping did not come in during our 3 night stay. They just left clean towels, water , tea coffee outside the room. They did not empty the toilet paper bin either. Location very close to beach and pier

Great location, good for swimming at the beach and viewing the mountain behind the resort. The service was great - i did a late booking yet they came to offer me a bed despite passing their working hours. Its like 10 min work to the social area and i love the walk in and out cos it helps me to have my 30 min of exercise :). The only issue i had was that i saw a crab in my room one evening but it was okay - harmless. Had a good time relaxing and working.

The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea.

For a 2-3 day stay - not a bad option. Nearby are 2 beaches and piers for renting boats. Close to the bars for which people come here. New air conditioner, freezes perfectly. A little old linen and towels - but this is not the most important thing here. Daily cleaning. The windows overlooked a busy street, but this is not a problem, but with a view of the mountains. We only slept in the room. This hotel is suitable for this

The hotel is very good and has almost everything you will need. A couple of things they can improve :- 1. The breakfast did not suit me. I like a banana and muesli in the morning. It was not available although the banana was at an extra fee. I ended up bringing my own food and just used the bowls/ hot water etc. 2. My wife wanted an extra blanket which was available for an extra 200 baht. We have never come across this extra charge for a blanket before however extra pillows are gratis. 3. Noise was occasionally an issue with call to prayer calls and the odd slamming door. 4. Location is very close to the pier which is good for access to ferries and longboats. Nothing is very far away but the good swimming beach is the other side of the isthmus. Regards Peter & Sal

Hotel is well mantained and clean. Location is ok, cons it’s close to a market and the area doesn’t seem so clean, pros… you can easily get anywhere and there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby plus it’s a 3 min walk to the pier. Service is super good! Always friendly and willing to give you recommendations… and yes it’s recently renovated

The breakfast was great, there is complimentary water at reception, the pool and private beach part was amazing, room was nicer in person just a bit run down in parts of it but all minor, AC didn’t work properly & when I asked them to look at it it wasn’t fixed. Also felt like I was bothering the lady at reception when I asked my room to be cleaned, I asked for my sheets to be cleaned and they said yes & never did it. But they did the second day thankfully. 😅 nice budget hotel overall!

I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable

This hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of the island, only 200m away from Tonsai Pier, Loh Dalum beach, McDonald's, etc. The hotel owner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even surprised to receive coupons for free lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected and without windows but it was no big issue since we got all the basic amenities and they were very clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Phi Phi
