Hotel berhampiran Heritage Park Playground, Philadelphia

It’s a very modern style hotel!! The hotel was close to all the food, restaurants, and stores. We would just walk and we brought our dog he loved the room we were in very comfy. Definitely recommend!! It was our first time in Philly good experience.

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

This location was very busy because of the local games but the hotel was very lively Although there was only one person working the front desk she was friendly and effective. She also somehow sent a text message once we checked in to see how we were enjoying our room. They also provide a free breakfast buffet in the morning.

Perfect for a couple trip! Hotel with a very nice vibe and more importantly clean!! Room is on the small size but again perfect for a couple. The restaurant on the rooftop excellent!! The best tacos! Try them you won’t regret it!!

Overall my experience was beyond fantastic. Larry checked me into room 318 on March 31, 2022 and he was patient, kind and professional to the end. I had the most horrible day I could ever imagine. I received news that I could no longer stay at the place where I was living and in minutes I felt optionless, hopeless and fearful with my children. This news came without notice and within minutes I had to find a place to stay. The team did not know my situation and that’s what made it so much more beautiful and personable. Larry’s outstanding service sets the tone for the rest of the visit and it was nothing short of a wonderful time that felt like home. I am truly grateful. Loretta was always there with a bright, beautiful smile, warm compliments and fresh towels for my room. She has no idea how wonderful she has been to me in my lowest moments. Thanks Loretta . You matter and what you do for your clients make a huge difference. Keep smiling! David, you are super kind and your smile will never be forgotten. Thanks for helping me with the names for each team members in order for me to say thanks. Jason and Angela many thanks for your kindness and helpfulness as well. I appreciate all the help you provided during my stay. Ucef you are a great team member, never forget who you are and what you are at your workplace to cause. Excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and public areas including bathrooms and shower rooms very clean. Great chill out areas. WiFi can be a bit hit and miss during peak hours but is usually available. The staff are all friendly. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Mega shout out to the Red Parasol Cafe around the corner in Market - super chill, great coffee, great staff. Also Franklin Fountain for ice cream.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excellent. the location was great, lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It was nice having a couple bars even attached to the hotel. Parking kind of stunk and the valet is pretty expensive but they were friendly and efficient as well. The bests were really comfortable and room was a decent size. There was a couple small snags, one of my coffee cups was dirty and the tissue box was empty. But short of that it was a great stay.
