The hotel’s location is convenient, but unfortunately there were too many negative experiences, and I would not stay at this hotel or any other hotel in the same group again. First, the check-in line was extremely long. The front desk staff were unfriendly, showed no smile, and did not mention that guests need to join the membership program to receive complimentary Wi-Fi. I only discovered this after I had already checked into my room, so I immediately signed up for membership. However, after checking out, I was still charged a $13.99 Wi-Fi fee on my bill. That makes me wonder what the benefit of joining the membership program was in the first place. I am also surprised that in 2026, a hotel still charges guests for Wi-Fi instead of providing it as a standard complimentary service. I am writing this review to inform travelers who have never stayed at a Marriott hotel before. In my opinion, there are many other hotels that offer better service and value.

The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very busy, but that didnt affect the level of service at all. Great experience!

Very central location and is just opposite to the reading market . Spacious room , clean and good services. Water pressure is good but internet is charged if you are not there member . Overall good services , very suitable for business traveller

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The biggest disappointment was the room itself. The room had no proper window. Instead of a normal window with a view or natural light, there was only a small round porthole, approximately 50×50 cm. This made the room feel dark, closed, and uncomfortable. When booking a hotel room, we expect a standard window, not a tiny round opening. This should be clearly stated in the room description before booking, so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
