Staying in the middle of city centre can be very expensive, but this hotel has cheaper offers than anywhere else in Philadelphia city with great value. Easy access to top tourist attractions by foot.  The room was surprisingly spacious for the money and definitely recommend anyone looking g for an accommodation In Philadelphia!

Great location to explore Philadelphia and good amenities. The checkin process took over 15 minutes and we were checked into a room with two doubles rather than the king we’d booked- seemingly a common theme happening two from two bookings with Hilton Curio. The shower in our room didn’t drain well.

The service and cleanliness were terrible! The room was old, and the staff didn't provide bottled water or bath towels. I called twice, but they still hadn't brought any towels by midnight. I tried to make do with a small towel, but when I picked it up and saw it was dirty! Outrageous! They even took the tip. Absolutely awful! A must-give a bad review!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.

The check-in process was very quick. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a door and good soundproofing. It was very quiet when sleeping. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I have been in the United States for more than ten days. I am extremely disappointed with American hotels. The price-performance ratio is too low. The key is that they all feel dirty. As soon as I walked into the bathroom and looked up and saw the way the towels were placed, I knew that I could never use the hotel towels. If it weren't for the trouble of changing hotels with my children, I really didn't want to stay there for a day.

It’s an exaggeration. After checking in, around 11 pm, a guest opened the door with the room key card of the same room. I thought it was a coincidence, but in the early morning, another guest knocked on the door again, saying that he had opened the wrong room. . .

The cleaning is relatively clean, but the quilts are separate and the facilities are old.

Very satisfied!
