We visit our daughter in manayunk quite frequently and we have stayed here before. It’s by far the best place we ever found in manayunk. One of the best places ever. Mark it awesome, the location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. There is nothing negative to say about this wonderful place.

Amazing weekend. Comfortable room, very clean, soft and luxurious bedding. Very convenient location, walking distance to Main st., and the walkway along the canal. The Guest House is furnished beautifully, has a very warm and cozy feeling. The breakfast served by Mark is exceptional. Fresh baked goods, fresh fruits, among other goodies arranged in a beautiful presentation.

Manayank Chambers is an excellent place to stay close to all the restaurants and shops in Manayank. The owners provide every convenience needed and the rooms have been renovated to showcase old Philly charm. The included breakfast was better than any restaurant and we looked forward to the selection of fresh baked goods each morning.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Manayunk and visiting Philly Christmas Village and pop-up Christmas bars. House was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Mark was a great host and highly recommend for anyone visiting Philly area.

From the moment we made the reservation until the moment we left, everything was perfect. Mark’s communication with us, meeting us at the door when we checked in was great. The living room is beautiful, the bed really comfortable and the location awesome. We visit manayunk frequently and this was the best stay ever.

The owner, Mark was very welcoming and helped my daughter decorate my lovely room for my birthday! Beautifully decorated Inn with lovely artwork and Tiffany lamps, piano and amenities for coffee, tea and wine. I had a very comfortable bed and pillows! Mark is an amazing pastry chef with croissants, scones, bread and muffins for breakfast.A lovely experience !!!!

Manayunk Chambers Guest House is an absolute gem of a bed and breakfast. It is located on a quiet street on the hillsides of Manayunk in Philadelphia. The house has been renovated and is exquisitely appointed - each room with its own theme. The decorations in the house are thoughtfully brought together into what is a lovely, quaint, warm, and parlour-like experience. Mark Gerde as the proprietor was warm and welcoming and as a former baker his breakfast was something to stay for in and of itself. I would very much recommend this as a base to explore Philadelphia.

Manayunk chambers guest house is a unique experience. Beautifully decorated house with a very comfortable room . Marks hospitality was so welcoming. His breakfast is unforgettable. He is an amazing baker . The location is within walking distance to so much and such a great place to visit . Definitely will be coming back !

Mark, owner and host at Manayunk Chambers Guest House, is a gem. He has an eye for detail, and makes sure that everything is simply perfect for your stay at his Guest House. His breakfasts are "to die for," clearly among the best homemade pastries, muffins and breads this side of Paris! Mark is very steeped in Manayunk history, culture and what's happening in the town- making one's stay that much more enjoyable! Clearly a 5-star B&B!
