Great location. After my stay, I was able to leave my belongings in a safe place. There is an elevator, so there were no problems with luggage. There is a coffee shop on the first floor. There are also brochures and advertisements for tourist routes. This is a great hotel for tourists.

Room ok

Had an issue with the A/C air con so they moved me into another room. The room is spacious, clean and modern. However, the noise from outside is clearly very audible in the room. So loud that at time, you thought you were sleeping outside. It really was that bad. So get a room that is not city view. If it had been quieter, i would have given this hotel a better rating.

Lavaya Boutique Hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions, and tuk-tuks are readily available. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. However, the bathroom facilities felt a bit dated and are in need of an upgrade. Overall, it offers great value for money and is ideal for short stays.

Toilets could not take toilet paper. We are supposed to put used toilet paper in the waste bin, but there were no notices telling us that. Also, the waste bin is not lined with plastic bag, so we are supposed to put dirty toilet paper in a bare bin, that is a little gross. My toilet got blocked after half a day, and I couldn’t use it anymore. The best part of the room is that the bed is very comfortable.

I was extremely happy with my choice to stay at Lavanya Boutique Hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a few blocks walk to the restaurants and bars of the riverfront area, yet far enough away to avoid being in the loud and busy area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered a made-to-order daily breakfast with my rate.

The price is cheap, the location is good. Near to pubs etc. But rooms are outdated. Breakfast is good too.

The location was good and overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately the Internet is super slow and there was construction in the building next door that made sleeping difficult.

Clean and service staff very helpful

The hotel was in a great location for me, it is minutes away from Sorya Mall which has a good gym in there and about a 10 minute slow walk to the river. Nightlife is even closer so no need for taxis. Currency Exchange also very close. The breakfast was delicious - excellent. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Taxi to airport for about 30 minutes.
