Bed ****** and the bedsheets was broken, and towels havent been replaced for a long time.

Isn't a hotel , probably a hostel.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh. The room is spacious and tall, and the surrounding environment is quiet. The hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush. Perhaps it is a characteristic of Cambodia, the hotel does not provide slippers.

It's close to the Royal Palace, and the staff at the inn are kind. There were chairs and a desk on the balcony outside the room I was allowed to use, which was nice. However, the potted plant next to the chair was filled with bees, and if you looked closely, there was a moving mass about 15 cm thick, which was scary.

Small hotel next to Botum Park, beautiful new modern style location, great location, quiet and tranquil

部屋が汚いというよりは壁や家具がぼろぼろでした。冷蔵庫の中は掃除されておらず、使うのを諦めました。シャワールームも壁に穴が空いている箇所が多く、少し不安でした。 スタッフは英語が堪能で、笑顔で接してくれました。入り口あたりに猫が数匹いて、とても人懐っこいので猫好きにはおすすめです！

Nice clean family ran hotel. Bruce speaks very good English, make sure to ask him what to see and do. Good to come back too after a hot day of visiting around town kick back and enjoy their ice cold beer and a decent pizza. Room are large, good shower, comfortable beds and most importantly cold A/C. They also offer inexpensive laundry service. I have stayed there several times now and it a very relaxing place to stay with zero hassles.

I was honestly surprised to find such a place of quality, kindness and atmosphere in 2023's battered Phnom Penh. It has everything I'm looking for in a good place to be - culture, care, attention to detail, spelling loving beauty. Go there. Go there!

We stayed here after a long journey from Vietnam into Cambodia. The beds were very spacious and the bedding was soft. Bed was comfy but on the hard side. Shower was powerful and the rooms were spacious. Only downside was you didn’t get a towel provided. But you had a kettle and cups for hot drinks. There was a fridge in the room but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries. We also got bottle of water provided fresh with tea and coffee sachets every morning. The location was great and in a quiet area. Overall we enjoyed it here and would stay again!

Great place to stay in Phnom Penh. Friendly staff and great location. The room was clean and quiet. Good facilities (motorbike parking). Definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future. 5 stars

I stayed here for a few nights. Bruce the owner is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, it is comfortable and in a good location. You can walk to most places and the river front is only a short distance. I would recommend staying here!

I've slept in total dives in this city before and I'm really happy that I didn't do that this time. Prantara Heritage Suites is a really nice option for travelers who have to be mindful of their budget but want a good experience being somewhere. It's a sweet little white villa tucked away just behind the British Ambassador's residence. There are some really nice places to hang out, eat and drink nearby. The Vine, Box Office, The Loft Coffee, are all a short walk from the hotel. Nearby there is also a large park called Wat Botum Park. It's a great spot to take little kids as there's a playground for them there. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very comfortable and stylish. The air conditioner worked well and kept me chilled out during my stay. My time at this hotel reinforced in my mind the the positive nature of the changes that are happening in the city. Phnom Penh is clean these days. I don't see garbage in the streets as I have in the past. The people are as kind and friendly as ever. This place gets my vote and I highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to town. Check to see if there are any live comedy shows happening at SpeakEasy Theater just around the corner while you're here. I bet you dollars to donuts the next time you come back to Phnom Penh you'll want to stay here again.
