Good room. The room is clean. But some things look old. Good location. And the reception is good and helpful.

Cheap hotel, nice hotel, but noise in the morning, people’s chatting early in the morning. People just don’t think other people’s are sleeping in the next door. No respectful.

It's a cheap place, bit noisy like an apartment.. other rooms nearby in one room

Front door to the apartment doesn't lock. Bedroom door had to be locked. Very dilapidated, furniture was broken. Ac in one room didn't work well. Was ok for one night, Had to catch 1st flight out to Siem Reap. Will never go back here and will not recommend.

Location is closed to royal palace. 24 hr Marts are very near,5 minutes walk to Mekong river side and closed to river cruise terminal. Room are not cleaned enough. Smelt moulded and dusty. Staff are helpful and nice.

Terrible. The rooms stink of mould we had to change room. Blood on walls disgusting damp smell and we saw a rat

I think the man sitting at the reception should improve his communication skill and how to give good service with customers. He looks not very friendly with the customers.

No left, you should ask for the level. 5th floor will come by foot.

The room was listed as being on the 2nd floor, this was untrue. It should also be known that when you enter their lobby (the back of the convenience store), that is Level G, after a half-flight of stairs (about 9 steps), you will be on Level L Then, after a full-flight of stairs, you will be on the 1st floor, and so on. My room was on the 3rd floor (that is, 1/2 floor + 4 floors of stairs), there is NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. When I explained that the website says 2nd floor, they would not change me to the 2nd floor, they said "your room is on the 3rd floor". They did help me carry one of my bags up the stairs (4 1/2 floors) to the "3rd floor". They do have rooms on the 2nd floor but they are not listed on trip.com. I do not recommend this hotel to those who are tired, aged, disabled, or have lots of bags to carry up, or who plan to come and go from the hotel a lot. Also, the air-conditioner is under-powered for that room for quick-cooling -- it took about 3 hours for the room to get cooled-down, that's almost half the night, but it did finally cool the room. All that said, the room itself was fine, and it is nice to have a convenience store as the lobby for getting cool water and such, because there is no frig in the room. It had both a tub bath and a separate shower - nice. It is in a good location that is close to many restaurants, the river, etc. and the price is good for that.

That is a good location for a visitor of Phnom Penh, also there are lots of room are available and cheap rate

Cheap price, good location but not that good. Too noisy in the morning.

Great location. Very near to almost tourist spots (royal alace and riverside) downside is only the wifi (1mbps to 2mbps) not stable connection. Almost non-existent.

Oh this place sucks. Wifi was non existent. No lift. You have to navigate your way up to your room through steep narrow stairs. Look elsewhere.
