This hotel offers the best location in the center of the city. Located on the corner of the street. The top floor room that I stayed in was spacious and had a nice view. Every amenities are useful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that made easy for access.

Staff don’t speak English, contrary to their internet listing; false advertising. The wifi internet is so slow that it stops working altogether; impossible to book anything online. Zombie staff are not helpful in anyway, they would rather sit glued to their phones all day. Mosquitoes everywhere, in the lobby you will be attacked by swarms of mozzies so be careful. The surrounding area is a filthy rubbish dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

STAY AWAY. I found a USED SYRINGE (hypodermic NEEDLE used for injecting HEROIN and other ILLEGAL DRUGS) in my room. It wasn’t hidden either, it was in plain sight — no idea how their staff missed it but it shows there is serious criminal activity going on here. And also if their basic cleaning is that bad, do you really think the sheets etc are very clean? This is very unsanitary and not healthy! When I tried to talk to the front desk they just wanted to argue about it. The manager especially was very rude to me and told me it was “ok”. NO IT IS NOT OK. この宿泊施設は一応Hotelという名は付いていますが、その名に惑わされずにあくまでもアットホームな民宿のつもりお泊まりください。 民宿とは言っても一応お願いすれば掃除はしていただけます。ただしスタッフが忙しい時にはご自分で。 一応朝食付ということですが、8時以降にしか食べられませんし量も少ないので外食するか買っておくことをお薦めします。

It seems it’s located in some sort of clubs area so depending on which side your room faces can be good or can be a horrible stay. I booked the hotel two times and on my first stay was no problem but on my second stay I got my room facing clubs and couldn’t fall asleep till 4 am when the music stopped. My whole room was vibrating from loud club music. When you stay there make sure you get a room on a quiet side. On this 2nd stay there was a fire alarm as well, seems some guests smoked in the corridor or so. I opened my door and staff asked me to go back into the room.

空港のGrabPicUpPointからGrab利用、約40分KHR 35,400（約1300円）、帰りKHR 33,000（約1200円）。大通りに面した場所にあり、数軒隣にタイマッサージ屋、対面に中華系スーパーあり。移動は全てGrabを利用なら便利な場所。1ベッドルームでしたが、清潔で使いやすく、サクサクWIFI、バスルーム広め、水圧温度調節良好なシャワー、大型冷蔵庫・洗濯機・電子レンジ・食器等揃ってます。ベッドは少々固めでしたが、快適に過ごせました。最上階にはジムとプールもあり、大変コスパ良いホテル（サービスアパート）です。おススメです。
