Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.

I stayed in this hotel for eight days and seven nights this time. I felt that the service level needs to be improved a lot. There are few restaurants and the food is average, so I had to order takeout. It is not recommended to stay for too many days. Three days and two nights is enough.

The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately

Great pool areas with the river park and putt putt course. Warm water and lots of areas to sit at. Plenty of towels available at all times. Gym was excellent. Did not use the spa. 1 of 2 elevators was out of service in our building which was a pain for my daughter on crutches. Otherwise a great place to stay with the family!

Overall, this hotel is good, not great. You can tell they are working on improving it, but not quite there yet. Best part was the waterpark! Worst part - the dust! Our room seemed covered in it :/

The rooms were a bit dated which wasn’t a huge deal. The only thing we didn’t like is that people who aren’t guests can go to the water park and it was very busy and hard to get chairs, food, drinks, etc.

Lovely hotel but rooms are dated. Door was difficult to lock and curtains and carpet were worn. Beds super comfy though!

The food is terrible. The pool/waterslide area gets overwhelmed with people not staying at the hotel. You won't be there to get a chair if you aren't there when it opens. Teenagers roaming the halls keeping you up at night. Just don't bother.
