Excellent Hotel. Bonvoy elite benefits were great. I received a nice room upgrade. Continental breakfast in the elite lounge was great. Staff everywhere was professional. The front desk agent shook my hand and thanked me for being a loyal customer. This is my go to hotel in downtown Phoenix. The destination fee is my only complaint, but they know what they are doing. They give you benefits with a higher value than the fee, but you may not be able to use them. Like bike rentals. The food and beverage credit is a hook to keep you in the hotel. The fee is offset by the food and beverage credit, so basically they are charging you in advance to use their food and beverage facilities, and they know you will likely spend more than the credit. Use it or lose it.

Berseronok di sana, berhampiran dengan pelbagai tempat makan dan stadium. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan persekitarannya baik, iaitu, dalam tempoh wabak, sarapan tidak disediakan dari hari Isnin hingga Jumaat, tetapi makan malam boleh diubah, dan sarapan hanya tersedia pada hujung minggu.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

perkhidmatan mereka hebat lokasinya bagus biliknya bagus tetapi orang keselamatan mereka perlu hidup dan berhenti menjadikan pekerjaannya sepanjang hidupnya dia benar-benar duduk tepat di sebelah saya atau berdiri betul-betul di sebelah saya sehingga saya mendapat Uber dari sana tanpa alasan dan terus bertanya kepada saya setiap minit tidakkah Uber di sini adalah Uber di sini, di sini sangat tidak masuk akal, jadi berhati-hatilah dengan seorang lelaki keselamatan berkulit putih yang gemuk dia ******

Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.
