Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.

Stay Report - 3/4 to 3/5 Location: The hotel is located on 44th Street just north of the AZ Loop 202 Freeway.  It's in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood and within a few miles are plenty of places to eat.  The proximity to the 202 means you can get to Downtown Tempe or Phoenix really easily and the airport is very close. Hotel: The hotel is pretty old (I lived in Phoenix from 2003-2010 and it was always a fixture) but it's recently renovated and looks great.  There's a good looking lobby with a bar and a breakfast and dinner restaurant and there's a ton of meeting space off the lobby.  There's also an outdoor pool along with self parking for free which is a nice touch.  The airport shuttle runs every half hour.   Check In: Bad.  No Titanium recognition at all and the agent didn't even write down my room number on the envelope.  When I went back she just shouted it at me.   Room: This part was good at least.  It's one of the renovated Marriott rooms and looked really good it was also quite spacious.  There were two beds with outlets next to them, an InterneTV, two chairs by the windows and a large enough renovated bathroom. Breakfast: It nicely started at 6 AM and as a Titanium there was a full buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes plus oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit.   Overall a really good airport option.

I stayed here while in Phoenix for a baseball game. The hotel is about 7 miles from Chase Field and access was pretty easy, although the Phoenix traffic can be pretty bad at times. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable although I would have preferred a chair to the lounger. The included hot breakfast was very good and I especially enjoyed the bacon and eggs. There isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but I was told there is a restaurant a few blocks away. I didn't look for the restaurant because I planned to eat at the ballpark. I don't recommend eating at the stadium as many of the venues were closed or out of items, but that's a story for a different forum. This hotel fit my needs very well and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Das war für mich das beste Hotel auf meinem 3-wöchigen Trip von Phoenix - Denver - Phoenix. Es hat zwar nur 3 ☆, war aber gegühlt wie das 4 ☆ Hotel in Denver oder gar besser, zumindest, wenn man allein reist. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, riesiger Mikrowelle und sogar Geschirrspüler. Das fand ich schon mal super. Auch die Aufteilung super, konnte schon an dem Beistellrolltisch essen und TV schauen. Ne kleine Couch mit Hocker und ein bequemes Bett. Dazu war die Klimaanlage auch nicht laut, was leider in einem oder anderen Hotel/Lodge deutlich hörbar war. Das Bad war auch schön sauber, großer Pflegespender, nicht diese kleinen Tuben, die man gefühlt jeden Tag nachfüllen/erneuern muß. Frühstück ist hier inklusive, welches eher rudimentär ausfällt, aber genügt. Wozu braucht man auch tausend Sachen? Ich trinke normalerweise nie Kaffee, aber der hier schmeckte mir gut. Man kann drinnen oder draußen frühstücken. Ne nette Grillecke gibt es auch, der Pool ist klein aber fein. Bei 40+ ° C (Juni) auch empfehlenswert, Wasser auch warm. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und nur ein paar Meter und man ist auf dem Freeway (202) und kommt schnell in die Stadt oder woanders hin, auch wenn man zum Hotel zurückkehrt. Flughafen ebenfalls nicht weit, sowie die Mietwagen Aus-/Rückgabe. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, komme gerne wieder.
