This space is large and has tons of seating with a new cloud sofa sectional and reclining chair in addition to the bar seating. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with HULU and Disney+. Step outside into your own private oasis. The covered patio has a large circular lounger and there is a flat screen TV mounted into the wall. The backyard has been extensively renovated with an outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace and fire pots, pebble-tec pool, and hot tub. Cook on the natural gas grill and enjoy multiple seating areas with outdoor sofa and chairs under the gazebo and outdoor table and chairs with umbrella. Take a dip in the pool that can be heated during the winter months and relax on the lounge chairs. We lived in this home for 18 years so all of the upgrades have been done with a personal touch.
