Excellent Hotel. Bonvoy elite benefits were great. I received a nice room upgrade. Continental breakfast in the elite lounge was great. Staff everywhere was professional. The front desk agent shook my hand and thanked me for being a loyal customer. This is my go to hotel in downtown Phoenix. The destination fee is my only complaint, but they know what they are doing. They give you benefits with a higher value than the fee, but you may not be able to use them. Like bike rentals. The food and beverage credit is a hook to keep you in the hotel. The fee is offset by the food and beverage credit, so basically they are charging you in advance to use their food and beverage facilities, and they know you will likely spend more than the credit. Use it or lose it.

Berseronok di sana, berhampiran dengan pelbagai tempat makan dan stadium. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan persekitarannya baik, iaitu, dalam tempoh wabak, sarapan tidak disediakan dari hari Isnin hingga Jumaat, tetapi makan malam boleh diubah, dan sarapan hanya tersedia pada hujung minggu.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

設施略顯老舊，房間衛生打掃一般，餐飲比較方便，大堂有兩家可以選擇，還有一家禮品店

Given the price, the location and services are satisfactory. It tools around 8 mins walk to Convention Centre. But, you can arrange Shuttle bus to get there too for free. Their breakfast are quite good too. It’s 24 hours coffee bar is my favorite too. However, it’s too bad that the room is bit old and my room has hot water and sink issues. If not, I should have rated 5 stars for this hotel.

Hotel ini adalah bilik yang paling menakjubkan yang pernah saya miliki. Pemandangan dari tingkat 15 sangat berharga! Kakitangan ramah dan sangat baik. Mereka juga membawa apa sahaja yang kami perlukan. Dapur penuh..bilik mandi peribadi dengan ruang singki dan ruang almari di kawasan lain. Katil-katilnya...Oh geeezzz...katil selesa bersih yang paling selesa dan saya kembali lagi! Residence Inn Downtown Phoenix Az..KELUARKAN!!

Our room was spacious and clean, AC worked very well! My daughters were disappointed that water in the (outside) pool was like a hot tub!
