I am very impressed with the accommodation. The room is clean, the amenities are complete, and most importantly, the staff provides excellent service, especially Mr. Jerry, who provided service before and after my stay. I will come back to stay again, I promise. Thank you so much. 

The place is what we wanted it to be during a short trip - walking distance from everything in Sunset Town. The great perk was the free rickets for two for the cable car. Although it's been not the case since the beginning of 2025, the hotel stayed true to its word and provided us with a great freebie. Plus, the staff was online at all times. Jerry was there to answer all the questions.

The room was spacious, with a good selection of breakfast options. The staff, especially Jerry, was very helpful and attentive. I was truly impressed with my stay.

The service/environment is very good, and free tickets are provided to take the cable car and the Kissing Bridge. I will have the opportunity to go to Phu Quoc Island in the future, and I will stay there again. By the way, the free meals provided for breakfast are great

Nice room ,nice pool, nice breakfast, but only 1 complimentary bottle of water per person per day, however, recommended.

I booked this hotel because I like the room layout with the bathtub. The open concept design makes the room feel extra spacious. Breakfast excellent for the price paid, it’s served at the cafe or at another restaurant nearby. I enjoyed the complimentary cable car ride. You get 1 ticket for every night you stay, so you need to stay 2 nights, if you want 2 free tickets. Highly recommended hotel in sunset town. It’s also near the night market.

Nice location and very good service

It was such a wonderful 2 nights stay. Andy and his team were very helpful. Included breakfast was good, but if the hotel could provide food+drink(coffee or tea) it would be perfect.
