According to our hotel policies and safety regulations, any additional guests must be properly registered, and if the number exceeds the room capacity, an extra room must be booked. These rules are in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and are not based on anyone’s nationality.Our staff did their best to communicate with you and offer a reasonable solution.
