A 3 star resort ,with a beautiful beach on it. Location is good a mere 20 mins walk to the famous nite market . Staff are very welcoming and front desk spoke good EnglishThey can arrange day trip at reasonable price too.. There are many restaurants as you walk out the resort on the left and right. The hotel complimentary airport pickup and drop off both ways which is really a plus sign. Breakfast is also provided free. Overall was quite satisfied with my stay and sunset view from the restaurant terrace was gorgeous. For the price it worth the stay.

Parts of the Hotel are outdated but ok. We stayed for 2 nights in the older part. Room was small but clean. Hotel is located in the middle of a bunch of hotels. Beach is very nice, massage on the beach as well. Pool is also ok but no shadow the whole day, when you are in the water. Fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, soup, available for breakfast and a lot more. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hotel. We booked a bungalow by the sea. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are lush, and the location is excellent. There are always sun loungers available by the sea and the pool. The staff is attentive. We forgot our backpack and tablet, and we didn't even realize it. We called the hotel and everything was returned safe and sound. The reception staff is always helpful with any questions. I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't want to leave at all, and I would be happy to return.

Wonderful hotel! My husband, son and I spent 2 weeks on holiday. Excellent service, friendly receptionists, daily cleaning. Breakfasts are the same every day, but very tasty. A variety of dishes. There are pastries, desserts, fruits, meat dishes, noodles, rice, etc. They fry eggs and omelettes. You will definitely not go hungry. The hotel has its own beach, a minute's walk away. They do very good massages on the beach. A good swimming pool with a fenced children's area. There is even a small playground with slides and swings. The hotel is surrounded by greenery. Every day from early morning, the maintenance staff cleans up fallen leaves, trims bushes, and washes paths. We had a deluxe bungalow in the garden, and it seemed to us that this category of rooms is the best and has the most advantageous location. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can buy excursions at the reception. We also liked the restaurant on the shore. It is very convenient to order food to the room and just sit with a cocktail and admire the sunset. And the prices are not high, about the same as everywhere else. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will gladly return there.

Trip.com doesn't seem to handle many rooms for three people. I chose Orange Resort because of the location, reviews, and the sea view twin room that can accommodate three people. I arrived at 12 o'clock for check-in, so I was told to wait for an hour. I walked around to kill time and returned at the appointed time and was shown to my room right away. The room I was shown to was room 26, and the view was amazing right in front of the beach. I saw the massage parlor and hotel staff cleaning the beach. It's fairly well maintained. The water in the sea is not very clear. There were times when there were no waves and it looked beautiful. The floor of the room was sandy and rough, and there was a lot of sand under the bed. I think the reason for the rooms in front of the beach is that sand is easily brought into the room. The room had a bathtub, but the bath was poorly installed and managed, and it was uncomfortable because it was wobbly. The drainage from the sink was also poor, and although this may be unique to this room, the cleaning and management were poor. There is daily cleaning, but it only takes about 10 minutes. Breakfast is almost the same buffet every day and is served until 9:30. Around 9:30, they start cleaning up and don't grill the *. I recommend going for a meal early. I got the impression that there wasn't much that was tasty. The view from the beachside bar is nice. The food tastes okay too. It's a 6-7 minute walk from the lobby to the street, and there are restaurants, laundry shops, and shops nearby, so it's convenient. There is a massage parlor on the beach, which was cheap and nice. After checking out, they took me to the airport at no extra charge. Thank you very much.

It feels good, the beach is clean

We booked the hotel for 5 nights, flew for a month. For a month it is expensive. We booked a deluxe bungalow. The hotel is located in the very center of Fukuoka. Nearby is the main street with cafes and shops. Free bus stop. It is very convenient. The territory is not large, but this is typical for the center of Fukuoka. The staff sweeps and cleans it all day. The pool is not very large, but there was enough space for everyone. And most importantly, you can swim at night. Breakfasts are very decent. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Honest review for the attitude towards customers!

One of many hotels on the island. Located on the first line. The service and staff are at a high level. For me, the downside was that construction starts at 7 am and it gets too loud. The water heater in the room was constantly breaking down which told a lot. Breakfast has not changed at all for two weeks, which is also not a plus. Once there was a hair in the soup. There were only 4 sun loungers on the beach, one of them was broken. But strangers could be lying on these sunbeds; security did not react to this. The hotel area itself is green and clean.

A beautiful resort located in the middle of the large hotels and close to the busy street and the beach. The resort is a bit dated here and there. There is some renovation going on here and there. The pool is missing some stones here and there, the beds along the pool are a bit older but function. The garden and swimming pool are also neatly maintained and kept clean. The gentleman who maintains the pool even has a few balls for the kids to play with. The room is also a bit dated, but it does have well-functioning air conditioning, which is really necessary here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and you can enjoy the sunset while eating! Price-quality is in proportion!

The hotel left me with a mixed feeling. There are both pros and cons. The first thing we didn’t like: upon arrival, we had to pay an additional 750 thousand dong per day for children’s accommodation (500 thousand for a 14-year-old and 250 thousand for a 10-year-old), which was a plus of about 20 percent to the amount already paid. When booking, the website indicated that breakfast was included for 2 people, and it was implied that you would have to pay extra, but what amount was not indicated. Breakfast doesn't cost that much. It turned out that this amount included towels, water and use of the hotel infrastructure. The site policy is unclear, if I book a room for 4 people, why can’t I immediately indicate how much it will cost?? The second minus is the condition of the rooms. They are very old, everything is shabby, the door to the bathroom is wooden, it looks like it is 50 years old; there is paper stuffed in the shower so that it doesn't fall; the window in the bathroom is covered in cobwebs, as if it had never been washed. The table on the terrace is falling apart, the dryer is stained with rust or paint, leaving stains on the laundry, we had to wrap it with tape so as not to spoil the laundry. Pros: daily cleaning and linen cleanliness were normal, everything was done every day and on time. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many cafes nearby, although you have to walk to the main road along a dark alley where dogs bark. We had a room overlooking the beach and sun loungers in front of the room, this mitigates the above disadvantages. It was nice to sit in the evening on the terrace overlooking the sea and sleep to the sound of the waves. However, the window cannot be opened because there are mosquitoes. Breakfast is average. They fry eggs and pancakes, there is a certain set of food, which is always the same: fresh and stewed vegetables, rice and noodles, ham and cheese (not very tasty), sausages (not at all tasty), fruits (bananas, dragon fruit, pineapple, watermelon) , waffles, muffins. Tea, coffee and drinks are tasteless. I only ate eggs with vegetables and fruits. The assortment has not changed in 6 days. The area is small, but well-groomed and green. The pool is small, there are very few people, there were always free sun loungers. There are billiards, table tennis and exercise equipment, but they are located in a very stuffy and scary room without windows. The hotel benefits from location and territory, but the rooms and infrastructure require renovation.

Very unpleasant staff. The beds are all covered in mold and piss stains.

The hot water is very small. The toilet is dirty. The bed is not clean. There are very few people staying. The layout is old. The service is okay.
