Overall, it's not bad: a beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, a good breakfast selection, and close proximity to the beach. However, for this price, I would have expected a higher quality of service, starting from guest reception to resolving issues. For example: I initially booked a room for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I immediately inquired about extending my stay but didn't receive a definitive answer. So, I booked another night through Trip.com, specifically choosing the same room category (not the cheapest) to avoid switching rooms. But in the end, I was forced to check out of my room and was only checked into another room after 2 PM. Also, it's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have its own beach loungers; you either have to rent them for an additional fee or lie on a towel on the sand. The hotel does provide beach towels and bags. In general, the staff tries to be helpful, but it's as if it's not in the hotel's policy to be overly polite to guests. I had a delivery to the hotel, and at my request, a staff member helped by contacting the delivery person, clarifying everything, and informing me when the order arrived. Special thanks to him for that.

Loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and their labrador is adorable. Breakfasts were decent, with pretty much everything you'd need. They even provide beach towels, a beach bag, flip-flops, all the bathroom amenities, and umbrellas (though we didn't use them). You can even use their kayak for free! The room was cleaned daily, and it had a 'Japanese' toilet with jets and a dryer. No issues with hot water either. The hotel has a bit of an eco-friendly vibe. I highly recommend it and hope to return again!

I really liked everything about the hotel, they have the cutest dogs in the lobby so probably not for people with allergies or sensitive to dogs.

The room was impeccable: spotless, comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and everything worked perfectly. You immediately notice their dedication to guest comfort. However, the real added value is the staff: incredibly kind, always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist at any moment. The personalized welcome note was a simple gesture but truly made a difference ❤️ The location is excellent for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a quality stay. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc: couples, solo travelers, and anyone who wants to feel pampered. If I return to the island, I will definitely stay here again. Very nice hotel with an adorable Labrador. Breakfast is nice with good and fresh products. We had a very good 2 nights, hotel is close to the beach easy to go around and go airport.

This charming hotel offers newly renovated, pristine rooms, with a welcoming staff providing excellent service. Located near the sea and Sunset town, I believe it is the top choice for accommodations in the area❤️

This hotel was a hidden gem: located near one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, it provides clean and stylish rooms and a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. It is a bit far away from the city, but if you do not mind and just want to have some relaxing time in Phu Quoc, this place is a great choice.

I had a great stay at the JM hotel. The hotel is very well located, just a two min walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, definitely good value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

Is the best hotel in the area, was the first experience for my kids to stay in a hotel without swimming pool, and you know what…WE ARE SUPER HAPPY. finally they swam in the sea. The staff of the hotel are super friendly and helpful. CEO named Pumpkin and his wife Corn spent few hours every day with my kids without saying a word. Strongly recommended to choose this hotel.

A lovely little hotel located just 2 minutes walk from the nicest beach in Phu Quoc, Khem Beach. Breakfast was simple, hot food was not sufficient. They don't have soup or soup noodles every day. Sunset Town is only 10mins drive. During our stay, we tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel twice, it was a hit and miss, and not particularly wallet-friendly. Instead, head down to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant called Ann Seafood that serves good seafood at a reasonable price. Location wise, it's a new area, hence pretty empty most of the day, nothing much within walking distance, unlike the sunset town. Room wise, i like the smart toilet. But the water pressure in the bathroom isnt strong enough. The room is a little small for a family of 3. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The staffs there were very friendly and the breakfast had more variety than expected the place was nice and clean but there was nothing much nearby to walk around other than going to Sun world there is also a cute dog. Nice view in the morning

We loved our time at JM Boutique. Nice and close to the beach, fantastic staff, and a friendly dog made this a great stay, especially for the price. JM boutique has a great restaurant and a spa just up the road where they offer 30% off for any hotel guests, and 10% off in the restaurant. They offer free kayaks (which we didn't use because it was too windy) and free bicycles which are well maintained and in good shape. The hotel prides itself on being eco friendly 😊The beach here is fantastic and we would happily stay at JM boutique again.
