This one has kitchen where we can cook something for us, if we don’t like local food style. Near to night market, has common swimming pool at a walkable distance.

The room seemed like anyone had been for a while. When we walked into the room there were a lot of dead flies on bathroom floor. Kitchen had broken tap. Some of cutlery had mold on. Sheets and towels were clean. After first night we had cleaning service and floor looked cleaner. 3rd night there was power outage from 12am until morning. Night markets were near by, beach was 15min walk. Over all it was what we paid for.

The price value is good, around 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a night market near by. But the check in took longer, the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Also the safe in the room was not working. Otherwise a nice stay :)

The room was lovely. Location was a long walk from the beach and very popular with the Russian community. There is a pool nearby but no deck chairs or sunbrellas so it was wasted. There was no bar or restaurant in the hotel but ample coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Really great food nearby. The day trip to the islands was excellent fun and most enjoyable and I met very friendly tourists from all different nationalities.

Nice hotel not far away from the beach . Good location. There are a lot of cafes, food and fruits. Friendly staff.

Good location ,dinning is easy to find out ,good environment

We ended our long vacation here. Initially, we planned to stay 2 days at the hotel, but with the kindness, happiness, and enthusiasm of the staff here, we extended 2 weeks at Mtown. A small hotel with necessary services for us. We rented a cheap motorbike here for the entire vacation, and the laundry service was also good. Rooms are cleaned and clean towels are changed daily. The receptionist (Bao) was very enthusiastic and always helped us with a smile. We really liked the beach here, it was clean and beautiful, we played beach volleyball here every afternoon. If possible I will come back here next year. thank you !

Good room , service

Spacious room, kitchen, everything is clean. The price-quality balance is just perfect. It is about 7 minutes walk to the sea, there are many restaurants in the area, 2 kilometres to the village with a market. Beautiful sunsets, the beach is clean. The only discouraging thing is the large number of construction sites nearby. Service at the hotel is very friendly, breakfast is simple but inexpensive.

the room looks good, but dirty, dusty. towels are all with stains. breakfast is boring. and around hotel is so calm. only at the evening there is a night market with fresh seafood. I won't recommend this hotel and the location.

I've been traveling in Asia for three months, and this is the first time I've seen such a perfect hotel. This establishment truly deserves to be complimented. The staff is lovely and attentive, the room is very clean, and it's splendid, with a balcony and a mountain view... Don't look any further, go for it!

This hotel is near Sana Beach. You can take bus No. 19 to get there, but you have to wait a long time for the bus to arrive. It is very convenient to stay here. It is close to the beach and the night market. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. The room has a large window and you can see the scenery outside. The hotel is really affordable.

Everything seems to be quite new, but the walls are dirty. Unpleasant. The dishes are sticky. They cleaned every day, but the cleaning was superficial.

Very close to the Central Night Market, a gathering place for Koreans, there are two high-end hotels nearby, and it is also close to the beach and free bus.
