Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Pulau Phu Quoc

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The hotel facilities are great, the environment is very clean, the service is very good, the breakfast options are diverse, and there are small changes every day. The hotel's swimming pool is very large, and the exclusive beach is very long. The resort is close to main road.

This resort is modern and luxury with pleasing architecture and garden landscaping. The only downside is that the beach eroded badly and dangerous to walk on (the resort closed the beach area). You can only enjoy watching the sunset from the bar and pool area. Hope the resort could work on this issue. The resort without the beach is definitely 5 star. But i have to give 4 star just because the beachfront erosion issue (as beach is an attraction for choosing a luxury stay). The room has everything. The bed also great and of quality, the sleep definitely not affected. The resort is close to the airport less than 15mins to reach airport. It also has a sourvenir shop, children area and some other amenities inside that makes it all-in-one resort. The staffs and service are also perfect. Suggestion: Hope the resort could seal the door from outside noise. Could hear people talking outside. Another, if erosion is too bad, then resort at least build the sea front deck as a new attraction instead of beach, so that guest still can enjoy the ocean, breeze and sea front and its 5 stars hotel will not impacted. Also, please ensure the foods are handled with care in the kitchen, as there was hair in my soup.

breakfast buffet was amazing. lots of choices to choose from, eggs cooked to order and fresh pho to satisfy your soup needs. i personally had two bowls of chicken pho to myself. they have different vietnamese banhs made daily, from banh hot, banh xeo, and banh uot. all very delicious. For foreigners that want the typical american breakfast they have all of this items as well from bacon, eggs, sausages and waffles. definitely recommend the buffet here

Very good experience, worth for money. We booked a bungalow next to the ocean side swimming pool with good view and it was really suitable for family with kid. 3 minutes walk to either swimming pool or beach and also ocean bar. There is also shuttle driving you from the lobby to the room, no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage. Breakfast time is just full of people, personally suggest to have breakfast after 9:30. The best thing of breakfast is they have different pho everyday so you can try more. Been to all catering, food and drinks were good and not expensive. Also enjoyed spa at the hotel, the staff are nice. Highly recommend!!!!!

The service overall at the hotel was fine. I was able to take a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was simple and a breeze. Email communication is however, subpar. I emailed the hotel about how to reserve a shuttle 4 days before my arrival, but didn't get a response until 2 days after I left (a total of about a week when I first emailed). I even responded by saying I had already left but did not receive any response apologizing for the delay. This is not service expected from a 5-star hotel. Check-out was another issue. I was standing in line while there was a window open with another agent, yet, he was just standing there posing for photos taken by another employee. Maybe they were taking photos for the hotel, but they should have checked me out when they saw me standing in line first. The breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety of Asian and Western foods.

It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.

Secara keseluruhan sangat bagus, dengan pantai peribadi dan kolam renang. Peralatan bilik juga bagus, kecuali bilik mandi mempunyai sedikit pengelupasan cat, dan serbuk cat jatuh apabila pintu ditutup. Kemudahan bilik mandi adalah sangat asas dan tidak mempunyai kecanggihan penuh hotel lima bintang, tetapi ia tidak mengapa. Sangat mudah untuk menelefon grab dan bawa kereta ke sekitar. Pantai persendirian sangat disyorkan.

I booked honeymoon room setup with a reasonable price and they totally surprised us when check-in. The setup was so lovely and we love it. The hotel looks a little bit old but so beautiful and well kept. Our Villa was nice, big, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. All of these things made my trip fantastic. I love to stay at the pool all the day for relaxing and enjoying the nice sunset here. The staff were also wonderful, friendly and useful. Highly recommend this hotel and i surely will come back soon.

I really liked this hotel! Not everything is perfect (if anything really could be perfect), but the staff is trying its best! They literally try to satisfy each guest, very guest oriented! I’ve complained about a few issues- both times the management and the staff dealt with these issues in the best way. I really had a feeling that I’m a very welcomed and valued guest there in spite of a few misunderstandings. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will come back again already with my family! Thank you, guys for your patience, willingness to help, to satisfy and to provide a really good service!!! Here are a few pices of advice- to add salmon (or fish in general) for breakfast, avocado (because it’s the best option for breakfast), to arrange at least 2 coffee machines more for breakfast time (because right now guest need to stay in a long queue in order to to get a cup of coffee); AND the most important thing - to provide English courses for you good staff (it will help to prevent possible misunderstandings in the future)! Thank you to the receptionist Det (or Din), to the restaurant manager (unfortunately don’t remember his name, a young man wearing glasses), to the pool bar waitress Kieu, to the breakfast waitress Van and to the all staff in general!
