This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.

I booked honeymoon room setup with a reasonable price and they totally surprised us when check-in. The setup was so lovely and we love it. The hotel looks a little bit old but so beautiful and well kept. Our Villa was nice, big, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. All of these things made my trip fantastic. I love to stay at the pool all the day for relaxing and enjoying the nice sunset here. The staff were also wonderful, friendly and useful. Highly recommend this hotel and i surely will come back soon.

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

We left a similar (fine but…) review for this place on booking.com and they retroactively cancelled the booking to delete our review. The staff were friendly enough (though a bit odd, they tried to give one of our motorbike helmets to another guest even though we had rented our bike and helmets from another location). The cleaning was essentially non-existent - they changed the towels every day, but didn’t clean the bathroom, sheets or floors, replace our bath mat or face cloths for our entire 1-week stay. We had to take the broom off the cleaning cart to sweep our own room one day and only then did they get the message and actually sweep and mop our floor. When we arrived, I had to ask them to replace all of our pillow cases because every single one was filthy and while we were out the bum sprayer on the wall somehow broke and sprayed water all over our bathroom (they were very quick to fix the sprayer thankfully but never bothered mopping up the bathroom for the entire stay) The garden was actually quite beautiful and the location was decently close to restaurants.They’re a bit far from the beach if you’re lugging a toddler though. There was a bar area and restaurant that weren’t running which is unfortunate because that would have been a really lovely touch!

Убирают каждый день, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, завтраки хорошие, персонал чудо. Месторасположение прекрасное , рядом магазины, и ресторанчики , кушали в основном в ресторане по дороге на пляж, на деревянном помосте, вкусно и уютно, еще в Май мице, тоже по дороге на пляж, не так уютно , но вкусно. До пляжа 500 метров, сам пляж лучший на острове, очень живописный, много красивых локаций, фотки будут загляденье. На пляже есть коралловый риф. Берете маски с собой, есть рыбки, крабы, очень интересно. Риф помечен красными флажками. Пляж был выбран специально, мы здесь уже были в 2017 и 2020. Нас туда тянет, прям место силы какое то. По ночам с камней можно половить кальмаров на спиннинг, снасти берите, блесну там купите, мы покупали - выходишь на трассу -второй магазинчик направо открытый на рынке вдоль дороги, попросили продавца, на следующее утро привез. Сгоняли на шоу Венеция на автобусе, на трассе ходит бесплатный, дегнь посвятили Винперл Сафари , и день Развлекательный парк Вин Перла. Дорого, но оно того стоит. День брали авто на прокат - 800000 донгов, обьехали весь остров по кругу, заезжали на пляж красных звезд, идти от места километра два по пляжу, наделали фоток, очень живописная дорога, заезжали на красивые места по Восточному берегу, хотели поесть в ресторане на воде, все были закрыты, много еще не открылись, пандемия сильно ударила по структуре. Пообедали уже в городе в ресторане в парке , весь окружен фонтанами с красными карпами , красиво и покормили вкусно. Заехали на пляж с белым песком Бао Сао, попрыгали на волнах, потом начался сильный ливень. Закончили день в новом городе в итальянском стиле возле канатной дороги ( дорога не работает, обещают к Новому году открыть). Погуляли , стоит посмотреть и в 22-00 там начинается лазерное шоу прям на море, стоят специальные конструкции распыляют воду и по этой водяной взвеси показывается лазерное шоу, очень красиво и незабываемо, заканчивается фейверком идет полчаса , стоит 150000 донгов на человека. Передвижение на авто проблем не вызывает, хоть правил там не существует, все интуитивно понятно и движение не плотное. Авто брали Мицибиси , семиместный минивен, почти новый. 15 литров бензина хватило за глаза. Погода стояла чудная , два раза ночью был дождь и один раз днем минут по 30. Абсолютно не помеха- теплый душ. Да проблема - комары , меньше наших раза в три, беззвучные и укус не чувствуется, потом нарывает, фумигатор в номер не помешает, хотя на кровати есть балдахин. Кусают гады в основном ночью и утром на пляже. Очень вкусное местное пиво, подается в металлической бутылке литровой, бутылочку только потом надо вернуть в магазин на веру. Стоит 50000 донгов. Раньше в отеле были велики на прокат бесплатно, сейчас нет , сгнили за пандемию. Очень удобная вещь, и в магазин сгонять и на пляж, надеюсь разбогатеют - купят. Смело берете отель, все хорошо и душевно. С

I had a wonderful stay at this small family hotel. Very nice room with lovely view from both the bedroom and bathroom over the pool. Yen, delightful lady with the biggest smile, behind reception and everywhere else really, couldn’t do too much. The time of year meant torrential downpours of rain so she took me on her scooter shopping for food, sourced a nearby nail salon and drove me there and back. Yen suggested good local seafood restaurants, organised reasonably priced taxis, filled in my Bluezone health declaration form prior to departure for the airport. There was only myself and one other guest there! We were served mango and banana pancakes and coffee for breakfast. The beach is only four minutes walk away. Would recommend this hotel as an incredibly inexpensive option, about £8 for B and B for two in the room, but I was just one, for those wishing to eschew touristy destinations and embrace a remote setting.

Un charme dès l'arrivée, un côté nature magnifique, des chambres façon mini bungalow. La propreté des chambres est très bien, la literie est confortable est spacieuse . La salle de douche est fonctionnelle, les serviettes de toilette, et le nécessaire d'hygiène est fourni. La chambre est nettoyée à la demande . Il y a une piscine avec un côté adapté aux petits, et un côté jusqu'à 1,80m de profondeur. On trouve des transats pour s'allonger au Soleil. Le petit déjeuner est inclus , un petit choix, mais suffisant. On trouve aussi un bar, dans lequel ne sont servis que des boissons sans alcool, mais seulement des jus de fruits frais, soda. Pour l'environnement extérieur à l'hôtel, il y a la mer à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, avec un bar, vraiment sympa que je recommande au coucher de soleil, cadre magnifique pour des photos réussies. À proximité vous avez plein de petits restaurants dans lesquelles il y a un choix large pour plaire à toutes les papilles. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment accueillant et serviable. Un super rapport qualité/ prix.❤️

A lovely eco resort in the island that contrast with the mass tourism and big resort around. Food is delicate and fresh service is efficient and helpful. However the room nearby the restaurant are a bit noisy but it’s part of the charm of the natural mood that the resort want to bring. Spa is cute and breakfast tasteful.

Everything was perfect. The restaurant is a little expensive compared to outside the resort, but the food is delicious food. The property is clean and well-maintained. The garden is well-landscaped, even in the low season the gardener and cleaning crew were on the premises every day. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the staff (Diem, Khai & Bao) are so kind and generous, we will miss them a lot. We can’t wait to return.
