If I had a zero rating I would give it 0.We had booked 2 rooms in this resort.Upon check in we got to our room and the room was not properly cleaned someones eggs and stuff were still in the fridge.Credit given to the Manager of duty Judy who apologised and also understood our concern.She also helped us move our elderly parents closer to us as they were on the far end.Fast forward a few days later the A/C in. Our room stopped working and they managed to sort out.Then fast forward 27th July 2023 a different manager on duty and the A/C stopped working so they changed our room.So we moved room and my kids went to enjoy the pool ,Upon returning they had a bath and while with there mum in the shower the water stopped this was around 6pm. Upon calling reception and speaking to them they said it will take 60minutes to sort out.After 60minutes nothing we on vacation trying to get ready to go out but got no water the toilet overflowing as it won't flush.Go back down to reception the manager on duty offers me a room upgrade with a pool and free airport transfer.I refused it as what's the use of a upgrade if u got no water to go do what u planned for the night.At 10pm while my kids are fast asleep they busy checking the water in the room.Fast forward its now 00:30 28th July water coming out brownish and the waters cold.I even have videos of the dirty water.What a wasted day of my holiday just don't book this hotel they of no help.I sit here at this time not having supper.i was promised a visit by the General Manager by the staff on shift tomorrow.If u know what's Good for you don't book this so called family holiday
