No lift. Have to carry by own our big luggage. Room was basic but OK. Location not so good.

Very nice family managing the hotel , very helpful, everything was perfect, clean Simple breakfast (biscuits,tea coffee ) for free 🆓 Quite Working area available

Booking experience was okay. Admin was helpful finding us the airport transfer during new year eve tho we ended up having to take a public bus since most of the drivers were not available. BUT the service and hospitality were so bad. We were placed on the 4th floor without lift tho we saw some of the lower floors were not occupied. Staff are not friendly at all. Letting us girls carry our luggages on our own to the 4th floor. We noted that this is not a 5-star hotel but since the staff is following us to show the room he couldve offered to lend a hand. He blatantly said its okay take your time when he saw us struggling taking the luggages up the stairs. Not that we are demanding, but he knew we just walked 1km with the luggages from where the bus dropped us. Cleanliness of the room is okay but not the toilet. Toilet is also so small with bad lighting. So small that probably an overweight person could not even fit in. We also requested for an iron and they gave us from the lobby asking us to take it to the room on our own. Upon checkout, they asked about the iron and we said it is in the room. They asked us to go take it from the room and bring down. When i said why cant u just take it (since the cleaner is already at the room), the customer service said “WE ARE NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL” to my face. So rude ! We paid double the price since it was NYE for this ?! Bad experience with the stay but lucky we had a great time in Phuket. Definitely not gonna stay here again. U guys dont make the same mistake as min

I absolutely loved this budget-friendly hotel! The staff were excellent, and the cleaning was good. They provide beach towels at the reception upon request. I checked in quickly in the evening and they took a deposit which was later returned. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor with a partial view of the mosque. Neither the street noise nor the calls to prayer ever bothered me. I had a fantastic time, thank you all so much! There are local cafes near the hotel offering affordable American breakfasts, as well as plenty of shops. I enjoy walking and exploring, so I had no trouble getting around or walking to the sea. Overall, it was good. The location is nice, the hostel itself is a bargain, other than that, we had one accident with our room that required us to pay additional 1000 bath for a broken window, that has fallen by itself out of our room 🙂🙂 They’ve told us that we were in the room, so we’re responsible for it. Other than that, great service overall be careful in thailand and always film for proof, not to get into accidents🌹

The biggest disappointment is that the hotel staff doesn't take care of the guests, no one even tries to help me with my luggage. The location is a little far from the beach, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms

The stay was awesome, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The property may look different from the outside, but inside it was really good, there was a lounge a games room and a small setup where you could heat food or make coffee. We played Djenga there, also it is at a central location so everything is nearby, you can easily get public transport, taxis, rental bikes or cards and it is at walking distance from Phuket beach. loved it very much.
