This was perfect hotel like a 4 years ago but not anymore, disappointed, mattresses very old and they not change it, pillows also need to replace. Also they hidden with aroma some smeel mold or something inside the walls. They don't maintain quality. Avoid this hotel! Beautiful only on pics.

This is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. This was my first and last stay at Ramada.

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.

The soundproofing in the room isn't great. The 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic – a Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine. They offer a breakfast buffet, and you can also order from the menu. The food tastes really good! 😊

I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. The area doesn’t have restaurants within walking distance, though it’s not a problem as we drove. About 10 mins drive to Central shopping mall, which has plenty of options in terms of restaurants and retail shops.

Above average experience

It's decent. For this price point in the area, it's a pretty good hotel. The room is spacious enough. No issues at all. You can definitely give it a try. There's a nice restaurant downstairs. The previous Red Packet restaurant closed down, so I guess this one is independently run now.

It was really great stay. I love this hotel and always choose it. I like the location and service. It is really huge and worth the price

This is not my first stay at the hotel. I have visited several times and have always been impressed with the service, facilities, and overall experience.

We've been many times to Ramada plaza in Bangkok but this one in Phuket, is AMAZING!! Very nice hotel, very clean and well organised. Higly recommended 👌

Absolutely not recommended

The motorcycle noise was too loud, but that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, it was decent, and breakfast was good.

The hygiene was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic – very generous! The service was great, and the surrounding area is lovely and convenient. The facilities are also top-notch! I'm very satisfied! If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
