Have stayed in maybe a dozen properties over the last month in Phuket , this was the cheapest and you understand why , I can only assume the staff working there are so frequently abused by their guests that any comment is instantly viewed as a criticism and attack , the consequence being they are not very friendly at all .. The pool uses a lot of chemicals you can taste , Location was great , breakfast was so so , Thai variant on a western diet . So far the only place on the trip I would not return to .. lots of accomodation on top of each other so another deal could be had a few more $$ up

I don't recommend this hotel! I stayed here for 3 nights, and for the whole time I couldn't sleep well because it was very noisy. I could hear the people’s conversations from neighbouring rooms. When you close the door to the room, it makes so much noise, so every time someone closed their door on my floor, there was a roar in my room.   The check-in is exactly at 2 p.m. So if you’ll come at 12 or 1 p.m, you need to wait, even though they have plenty of empty rooms. That's what happened to me: I arrived at 11 a.m., and the receptionist said to wait until 2 p.m. Then I went to walk and came back at 1:30 p.m., and they still made me wait until 2 p.m. They said that I need to pay extra for the early check-in. Terrible! I've never had this kind of experience. In other hotels, if there’s an empty room, they can always check you in earlier for free. The walls in the room are dirty and the there’s mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets had brown stains! There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room.   There are much better hotels for the same price near Karon Beach.

Good Hotel, Very near Karon Beach as you can walk, near 7-11 and food.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, you can also find a lot of cafes around. But the hotel by itself is not that good. Bedsheets with some spots, even the walls aren’t clean. And the worst thing for me - absolutely uncomfortable pillows.

Good location, super small rooms with no breathing space, swimming pools are good but they charge extra for snooker session.

Very polite & clam chowder hotel. Staffs are friendly & always smile for you. The morning breakfast is Also good will all halal food & drinks
