Many people recommended Naiharn, and I must say, it truly lives up to the hype. Everything from the views to the service absolutely blew me away. The hotel grounds are teeming with diverse flora and fauna, giving it a raw, mysterious vibe. Waking up to a direct view of Promthep Cape from the room, feeling the gentle sea breeze, or heading down to the beach to enjoy the exhilarating waves – any of these makes for a perfect day. Downsides: The breakfast area can get a bit warm, and the pool is on the smaller side.

This hotel is located at the southernmost tip of Phuket, quite a distance from the bustling areas, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nai Harn Beach, right below the hotel, is very clean and uncrowded. The suite we booked had a fantastic view. The hotel staff and the breakfast service were all very friendly and helpful, and the iced coffee at breakfast was delicious. If you're looking for a relaxing, stay-in-the-hotel type of vacation, I highly recommend this place. However, I'd suggest having some English communication skills, as the front desk doesn't seem to have Chinese-speaking staff. Also, if you're a durian lover, it might not be ideal, as there are no fruit stalls selling durian nearby. But honestly, for the stunning views, these aren't issues at all.

Five-star review! The room layout, the sea view, and the overall service of the entire hotel were all impressive. It's perfect for just staying at the hotel and relaxing. The only downside is that it's a 40-minute drive to town. For a hotel that's been around for a while, especially a beachfront one, it's truly remarkable how well they maintain and update it.

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs. You can also borrow a paddleboard to hit the water. They even offer different fitness classes daily, perfect for a morning workout.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Very clean. Welcome fruit: The fruit was a bit dry; definitely room for improvement there. Service: Excellent! They offer Chinese-speaking staff, and the hotel's restaurant is fantastic. The beach right outside the hotel is also soft and fine... Highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations! I loved the hotel's design; it was very quiet and perfect for couples. The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, and overall, there were many foreign guests staying here. Nai Harn Beach is always bustling with people every day. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Booked this room for my parents, it's their second stay and they were very satisfied. This time, there was a young lady at the front desk who spoke fluent Chinese and was very thoughtful in assisting them. All the staff were very friendly and didn't treat them any differently; in fact, they were very enthusiastic. Thumbs up!

We booked a sea-view room, which was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. The hotel staff across the board were friendly, responsive, and patiently provided information on local attractions. Their attention to detail in service was impressive (after checking out, since our flight was late at night, the hotel arranged a room for us to shower and change after we came back from exploring. They even folded and placed a piece of clothing we had forgotten in the room, which was a lovely touch). The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the fruit was very fresh. Items were replenished promptly, and there was even staff dedicated to taking coffee orders. The hotel's sky bar offered great views and was very close to the beach, with staff on hand to arrange beach chairs for relaxation. While it's a bit of a walk to the main town, there are plenty of restaurants, massage places, and convenience stores within easy walking distance to cover basic needs.

Still one of the best views in Nyhan I love staying here. I will stay again soon.

I booked this hotel because online reviews said it offered the best sunset views in Phuket. To my surprise, you can't see the sunset from the room or anywhere else in the hotel; you have to go to Nai Harn's public beach. Honestly, that was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel is built into the hillside, and every room (except on the 8th floor) has a spacious ocean-facing balcony. The bougainvillea blooming on the balconies and throughout the hotel made me forget all my worries and fatigue, and even the disappointment of not seeing the sunset. The Thai food at the hotel's Cosmo restaurant for lunch and dinner is absolutely superb and worth trying. My child, who usually never eats Thai food, fell in love with their Pad Thai Goong here and ordered it every meal. The restaurant's service is top-notch. It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel staff started wishing me well from breakfast onwards. At lunchtime, they even delivered a small birthday cake to my room. These small details really elevated the entire experience. The only minor drawback was the limited variety at breakfast, but everything else was perfect. If you're looking to just relax and unwind, this is the place to be.

The hotel terrace overlooks a beautiful, clear 'jellyfish sea'. Sitting there at dusk, gazing out at the bay, was incredibly peaceful. The sea view is stunning, and the atmosphere is relaxed and healing – truly an ideal spot for a tranquil getaway. My only minor complaint, as someone who works out, is that the hotel gym is a bit small and has limited equipment. Otherwise, I have almost no other complaints.
