The lady at the reception was very welcoming, and the hotel is super close to the Old Town. It might have been the off-season, so there weren't many guests, but for this price, it's an absolute steal. Ms. Li was incredibly helpful, and there are tons of great food options downstairs.

Every time I visit Phuket, I stay here. It's convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of food and drink options. Some front desk staff speak Chinese, which makes communication easy. I plan to book here again next month.

I booked this hotel last minute for a layover, as I had a midnight flight. It was perfect for storing my luggage and getting some rest before heading to the Old Quarter for some shopping. The hygiene was excellent, very clean. Since I didn't stay overnight, I'm not sure if the street noise would affect sleep. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, ideal for backpackers. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations.

The room was great, clean and spacious, with a Nanyang-style decor. The balcony was also very large. Overall, it was excellent.

Simple and clean. Spacious and bright room. Bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Unfortunately a bit noisy, as it's right next to a busy road.

Just located slightly outside old town. Good price and comfortable room. It is a bit difficult to control hot and cold water but it's not a big issue

This is a nice basic, no frills hotel. Set on border of old town so more of commercial vibe, on a main road ,so balcony unusable.5 min walk to old Town though. Very clean

Pretty good, I'd book again next time. It's very close to Phuket Town and convenient for transportation. My friend really liked it, and we'll book it again when we come back. The front desk service was also quite good; they were still there even though we arrived very late.

Big room , but with few inserts. Staffs friendly. Hotel is at the middle of Phuket Bus Terminal 1 and Phuket Old Town walking street , easy to shop & eat and catch bus to other places (eg. Surat Thani)

Consider a good location and walking distance to old town. However, one of the room has moldy ceiling inside the bathroom. Requested to change to another room and only managed to get new room on 3rd night due to no room available.

The room was spacious but the smell inside was awful, the balcony couldn't open, at night you can hear clearly the street ever at high floors. The staff never welcomed me and my partner when they saw us, and we found mold in the shower curtain and insects in the bathroom

They take a deposit which is so annoying. But also I asked for luggage storage and she just pointed at the sidewall in the lobby which is ridiculous. I'm not going to let my stuff just sit out in the open where someone can walk in and easily take it, with no repercussions or anything. And I was also sitting in the lobby trying to plan out my day when the lady told me to not sit at the chairs I was sitting on it was trying to direct me to sit somewhere else. These were the only chairs in the lobby what's the point in having chairs in the lobby if you don't want people to sit on them just for decoration? Ridiculous.
