New clean hotel, great location, nice gym, many swimming pools and restaurants, rooftop swimming pool is amazing!

We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham La Vita Rawai. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. However, for the price, the hotel felt fairly average. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and the food was quite bland. Considering the hotel’s pricing, we expected a much better variety and higher-quality breakfast. Even the restaurant across the road served tastier meals than the hotel. Another thing to keep in mind is the location. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, making it awkward to walk to and from the property. With constant traffic going up and down the hill, it can feel a little unsafe and inconvenient for pedestrians. Overall, the service was excellent, but the food especially breakfast and the location make it difficult to justify the premium price. With improvements to the dining experience, this hotel would offer much better value.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a good atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The kids loved it; there were plenty of swimming pools to choose from.

Service is very poor and getting my luggage delivered in room takes 2 hour above.Need to go to lobby and bring with them. very late attitude. Good part is that they have baby cot.

This is our second time here and it's perfect for a family trip. The hotel's swimming pool is practically designed for kids, with plenty of shallow areas and lounge chairs by the pool for parents to relax. The fridge in the room is much larger than a typical hotel fridge and even has a freezer compartment, which is great for families with kids as it offers plenty of space. We booked a loft this time, and going up and down every day was quite the workout! The cleaning lady was super nice and even folded an elephant for us, which made the kids incredibly happy. The greenery in the complex is also very nice, and you can see the ocean from the higher floors. We definitely extended our stay for a few more days!

Really spacious rooms. Unfortunately we got room all the way in the back, so everyday it’s bit of a walk to the restaurant/pool. The location of the hotel is okay however but scary to walk beside the road with many traffic with children. Kids loved the pool. There were so many pools too, always enough available sunbeds by the pool. Breakfast was okay, enough to choose from, but gets a bit boring after a few days. Shuttlebus to the beach was really convenient, kids had wonderful time there at the beach playing with the waves.

Excellent! The view is amazing, and the swimming pool offers a beautiful perspective. I'll definitely return if I have the chance.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for clean and affordable apartments. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The location is also very convenient. Rawai Beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all nearby, making it easy to get around without traveling far. If you’re looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place in Rawai, this is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was decent, to be fair I don’t know what I was expecting. Deep in the jungle , nice scenery !

Excellent hotel for the price. The breakfasts are superb, and the grounds are beautiful and functional. The staff is polite and approachable, and there's security on site. There's a good gym and even a kids' room. Housekeeping is daily, and the linens are clean and fresh. No mold or odors in the room. I loved it, I'll definitely be back again and again ❤️

The room was well-proportioned and I got a pool view room, which was really nice!

I consider this hotel to be the best for a family vacation. There are water slides for kids and a bar for adults! And what a beautiful rooftop pool. We've stayed there two years in a row and are absolutely delighted. The rooms are clean, and the breakfasts are delicious and varied.

This hotel has many pools. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet; there was a huge variety of food. The hotel is located close to two beaches and offers a shuttle service, but we rented a motorbike. I highly recommend it; it's an excellent place for the price.

Overall, I liked the hotel; it's not my first time staying there. Huge thanks to the Kanun Duty Manager for promptly resolving my issues! A polite and very pleasant employee!
