The hotel is located near an intersection close to the airport, just a 10-minute walk away, and you can even watch planes take off and land. The front desk staff also speak Chinese, and there was someone dedicated to showing us to our room and even helping with our luggage, which was very responsible! Thumbs up!

Hotel was ok but it was like empty place. Whole place was empty feels like reach any radition zone like Chernobyl 😅

We stayed just for one night because had late arrival. The location great, store and cafes are just next to the hotel. It takes around 20min to walk from airport. It's great place to relax, we can hear beautiful sounds of the birds. The swimming pool has some broken tiles. They have 3 menus for breakfast. We chose the omelette but for us was a bit undercooked in the middle, so we can't finish it. So far was good experience to stay in this hotel.

My stay was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport too! The downside was that there were quite a few tiny ants on the bed and around the room, as well as not having cutlery in the room.

We had a terrible experience. The shower was leaking and there was only one working power outlet in the room. The pool was closed for the entire month (and we had booked specifically for the pool). No apologies or partial refund were offered (they didn’t even offer us a coffee). When we left, they didn’t greet us or respond to our “thank you,” and they even threatened to charge us extra for being five minutes late at checkout. The reception staff was awful.

Around 10 minutes from airport. Room was quite clean and nice, but the shower didn’t have a glass door so the floor got wet after shower.

All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful! My room was super clean as well! The only two issue I had was that the bathtub and glass door were not well isolated, so the water would flood the whole floor. The water was also not very warm. I also had an ant infestation as soon as I left food in the room but thanks god they left when I removed the food.

My honest experience of this place, I stayed here a week.. The moment I checked in the woman at reception had 0 customer service and 0 personality. I did request a room on the bottom floor with good wifi for work, they put me on floor 4 and no wifi. I tried the breakfast one time which I had cereal and 2 scrambled eggs. The location is not bad as it’s convenient if you’re flying the next day, I wouldn’t suggest a week, however there is some nice resorts and beaches near by. They have a pool which is okay, the tiles are falling off and the pool bar wasn’t available but it was fine. The cleaners work hard as they put water and towels in my room every day, however I did get bitten by something in the bed but it wasn’t their fault. As I checked out I had an outstanding bill for the one small breakfast I had but they didn’t allow me to pay by my card or bank transfer, I tried every way possible. After 1 hour of stressing over a bowl of cereal the owner kindly said it’s ok so luckily I made my flight. So my opinion it’s good for convenience if you’re flying the next day but not for a long duration.

It's ok to stay just for short time like 2-3 night. We stay at the villa zone, the hotel is old, not much clean, the staff at front not so friendly. When we were in to check in, the staff was not care untill we said we were about to check in then they gave the paper to written our detail. And after that we were back in the front again to ask about wifi, the staff(new one) just point to the signboard without care or looked at us even that time we notice that no other customer. So apart of the hotel is old, the staff front no friendly at all. Just don't understand why they train the front staff like that? Didn't they know this is the service job? Not want them to do anything harder, at least they just should pay attention to the customer or any people they speaking with. Will never book again. Once is enough.

Comfortable bed. Nice basic room. Needs updating but was a good cheap hotel with a decent pool

We’ve spent only one night here as we missed our flight. Hotel is really close to airport, so if you have a flight early in the morning it is a perfect choice. The furniture in the room was quite old style. The breakfast was good and we had from where to choose. Twin beds can’t be put together so if you are a couple you may want to book a double bed. There is a 7 eleven near the hotel. I would recommend the stay if you want to be near airport.

Was very convenient to stay close to the airport. Staff were accommodating.
