Excellent place, not far from the airport, a 7-10 minute taxi ride away, but at the same time, it's tucked away. The rooms in the main building are clean, the linens are spotless, and the breakfasts are great – you won't leave hungry! They provide towels for the beach and umbrellas in case of rain. There's also an excellent pool. My child swam there after we came back from the beach. For a couple of days, either before your flight or after, it's a perfect spot to recharge!

Having stayed at this hotel previously, I decided to book one of the villas this time after spotting them on my last visit. I was allocated a poolside villa, which was absolutely lovely. The room and bathroom were both spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of the nicest touches was that the staff remembered I had stayed before and commented on my return, which made me feel genuinely welcome. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The pool area was well maintained, the water was clean, and the loungers were comfortable for relaxing during the day. The location is another huge plus—just five minutes from the airport, making it perfect for anyone with an early morning flight. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Arrived in Phuket in the middle of the night, so I booked this hotel nearby for one night. It's very close to the airport and the room was clean.

I went on a day trip and came back to find my electric shaver and even my own shower gel stolen from my room. I was too exhausted to argue that night. The next morning, I went to the front desk, and they said the cleaning lady didn't see anything, and there was nothing they could do... I'm speechless. To steal something like that – good thing I took my wallet and passport with me when I went out, otherwise, I can't imagine what would have happened. Seriously, avoid this place, everyone.

A nice hotel near the airport. The rooms come with water, tea, and coffee. The air conditioning works well. There’s a pool on the premises, and they provide beach towels. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby. This is a good option for anyone looking to take a quick break before or after a flight.

The hygiene was so-so, and there were small bugs. However, the service was good. It's close to the airport, so it's a convenient stopover for a night after flying in before heading to Similan the next day.

Booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, but was positively surprised. The staff was very eager to help, when the AC broke in our room they instantly moved us to the new one. The pool is clean and nice and the whole property quiet and peaceful. The beach nearby is super nice, much better than Patong beach and it is 3 minutes on a scooter.

This stay was a complete delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and the heartfelt "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm. The room was even more spacious and brighter than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally.

I booked this hotel last minute near the airport for my last night before flying back, right after a diving trip. The room was large but the facilities were old; you could tell it used to be a charming resort from its layout. On the way from the front desk to my room, I asked a staff member if there was any mosquito control. His English wasn't great, so he comically demonstrated how to swat a mosquito with his hand, which was a bit awkward and frustrating, as I couldn't believe a hotel in a tropical region didn't provide a mosquito repeller. Later, I literally had to swat mosquitoes myself. The bathtub's water pressure wasn't great, and water spilled all over the floor while showering, which was quite unpleasant. The bed and pillows, however, were quite comfortable, and the duvet had a faint scent of soap. The room's air conditioning was extremely noisy. Perhaps because I was exhausted from several days of diving, I still managed to sleep relatively well that night. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport for 200 Thai Baht per person. I paid for it and booked it when I checked out on my departure day. Even though I was the only passenger, they still arranged a car for me. It was cheaper than taking a taxi, so it was quite a good deal.

The rooms are small detached units, but they were really dirty with lots of bugs, and the facilities were very old. The air conditioning was incredibly loud – even my noise-cancelling headphones couldn't block it out. In fact, the AC in my brother's room broke down completely on the first night. For the airport transfer, the front desk clearly stated it would be 200 Thai Baht, but they actually charged me 300. When I questioned it, the front desk said it was 200 Baht *per room*? I pointed out that we were all in one car, but they still ended up charging 300 Baht. However, Trip.com's service was excellent.

The room wasn't particularly new, and some of the facilities were a bit old. What really left me speechless was coming back to my room at night to find my door wide open! The front desk told me the cleaning lady forgot to close it! So my room door was just left open all day for no good reason. Everyone passing by could see into my room and my belongings, and even walk right in! And not a single apology from start to finish. 'Sorry' isn't a hard word to say. They even said, 'As long as nothing was stolen, it's fine.' I was just speechless... With service like that, there won't be a next time for me.
