I loved everything about this hotel: the modern and clean room, the beautiful and well-maintained grounds, the delicious and varied breakfasts, and most importantly, the service. In Russia, we have a saying: it’s the people who make a place special. That perfectly describes the staff at this hotel — responsive, friendly, and genuinely engaged. We stayed at Amora Beach Resort Phuket for the second year in a row, this time in the Amora Ocean King room, and once again we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a great beachfront location — being on the first line by the sea is a huge advantage for us as a family. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s sun loungers and direct access to the beach, which made our отдых very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere is pleasant, the territory is well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we were looking for. We are happy to come back here again and would definitely consider staying here in the future.

When I checked in, I specifically requested not to have a room at the end of the hallway, and the foreign staff member who assisted me confirmed it wouldn't be an end room, but rather one in the middle. Turns out, room 825 was indeed an end room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, they even asked me for the reason why I didn't want an end room... I was really speechless... Plus, the location is quite isolated.

We stayed for one night to experience Bangtao Beach, which is not the main beach area in Phuket. Reception was warm and gave us a welcome drink. Breakfast spread was huge, from Thai to Western. The staff at the restaurant didn't have a trolley to carry plates and cutlery – they had to carry everything to the kitchen by hand. Providing a trolley would be much better, as it's too heavy for them otherwise. The only issue was with housekeeping. I met a staff member on our floor just before opening my door and asked for a few more bottles of water. She didn't seem happy about it – either she didn't understand English or was expecting a tip. Overall it was okay for a one-night stay.

The overall experience and service were excellent, and the environment was fantastic. The beach is right outside the hotel.

This hotel is located right by Bangtao Beach. Across the street, there's a Tops supermarket for all your basic shopping needs, plus plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, and a night market, all at reasonable prices. Each building in the hotel is a three-story structure with no elevator, only stairs. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a good size and kept very clean, with no broken facilities. There are a limited number of power outlets. The bathroom had no strange odors, but the showerhead is fixed, and the tap water quality isn't great – it sometimes runs yellow. Rooms come with an electric kettle and a small fridge that can even make ice, which is handy. The breakfast selection is quite varied, with different dishes offered daily, and the food tastes good. There are multiple swimming pools, including a kids' pool with slides and other facilities. The indoor kids' play area is small and has age restrictions. It’s just a few minutes' walk to the beach, where the hotel offers free sun loungers and sofas, though they tend to be occupied mostly by Caucasians. The beach is great for swimming, with fine sand and clear water. You'll find many restaurants and massage shops along the beach, but they are a bit pricier than those outside the resort. Overall, it's a good place for a pure resort-style vacation.

The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn in the public areas – perfect for photos. The two pools and the beach with sun loungers also offer gorgeous scenery, and you can watch the sunset from the beach. However, the hotel's service team is poorly trained. We first encountered yellow water coming from the tap in our room. We reported it to the front desk the next day, and it was fixed that evening, but on the third day, the problem reappeared even worse. Housekeeping often started very late in the afternoon, which is quite unusual. One day, we had to call the front desk twice to get our room cleaned. Another day, we asked them to come later because we had just returned from swimming and needed to shower, but our room wasn't cleaned at all that day. We also experienced a power outage on our entire floor one day; luckily, it was resolved by the time we returned from dinner. When we checked out, they surprisingly claimed they couldn't find an umbrella. We were there for four days without a single drop of rain, so why would we take their umbrella? The Friday buffet was terrible; the mantis shrimp meat was mushy. The only edible items were the boiled shrimp and mussels, and the dipping sauce was good. Overall, the value for money is extremely low.

The hotel room was just okay; I personally found the lighting a bit too dim. However, the service and cleanliness were excellent. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's beach area. Even though it's a public beach, the section connected to the hotel was very clean, showing that the hotel really puts effort into maintaining it.

It’s an amazing place to stay and spend a week. The hotel has a perfect location, with all the main attractions close by. The grounds, our room and the facilities are newly renovated, so it really feels like a brand-new hotel - very fresh and clean. The breakfasts are more than generous, with plenty of choice. The restaurant has a good menu, and there’s also Nora Beach Club if you fancy dinner by the sea. The hotel provides plenty of sunbeds in the mornings, which is a big plus. I would absolutely love to return to this hotel. Thank you!
